I recently choose to add an additional lock that is top my door, and after some research I discovered these Brooklyn locksmiths.
had a tech in my functioning on my own door.
He showed me that the options I have in terms of prices and security levels, and 30-40 minutes I had a lock using a keys!
Adam was professional & quite polite.

Such a Tear! An bedroom door was locked from the inside and instead of picking at the lock it could be reused back, he used a screwdriver and hammer to force open. Door frame metal and scratched . I thought I had been paying 131 for skilled craftmanship to start a door that could then be secured again.But I cant lock my door at all and out $131. AND!!!! They offered $25 to appear and $75-$95 to unlock. When he got there that the price was $131 to $250. What these guys get away with because I needed to get in and rush to work. So disappointing. Now cos the one is awakened.

Emergency Locksmith helped me when my keys were lost. Not only were they there in a hurry however, the service was great. I needed assistance in a rush and they were there in a flash. Highly recommend.

Trust That the Snoot. You want these guys awake and prepared to break in Whenever you are locked out of your girlfriend's apartment. My small cheeseburger candies were offered by dude too. Very cool. Came right over and solved my problem. Life is good once more.

Thanks to you guys! Last weekend we had been having a party at our friend's home. While coming outside, we realized we r locked outside they forgot to attract keys. I searched on the internet and called Brooklyn Locksmiths 24 hr, They came in a while when I called and managed to get us indoors in absolutely no time. Their support was very good, and they charged price that is quite fair for the work . Wow..They spared that instant. They are recommended by totally.

2 days later he came back to put in the locks on our door:-RRB- that is painted
We opt to paint our front door and needed that the locks to be eliminated then to be set up when painting is complete.
This men will be called by me again if I need a locksmith.
Joe eliminated the top and bottom locks, and arrived punctually.

Find another location please. They certainly will make the most of your desperation and aren't honest about their price. Very disappointed.
They'll fool you . I locked myself out 1am in the morning and this place was. Over the phone the agent stated it would be $25 service charge +@. Following 30 minuets later, the staff came over and quote me 280 stating he must replace the lock. Since it's over my budget, I attempted to cancel it. I told him I will cover for coming , the $25 and would like to cancel it. The guy then bargain his price saying'really I don't really have to replace the entire lock. I am able to use suggestion .' And quote me $150. And THEN after few minutes of conversation and he changed his price to $195'hey you don't even bill for $25'. Im currently reading reviews here and I can tell I've been fooling around.

$600 and 2 separate drilling and wholesale lock and mechanics varies afterwards, I finally have a lock. The"fix" lasted for about 1 day. Being locked out of my apartment (despite getting keys in hand in any way times) on three separate occasions in the period of five times in the underfloor heating is an adventure I wouldn't want any unsuspecting customers, stranded at night in a desperate situation, enticed from the siren sign of this business's misleading four star total standing, to have to survive.

Unfortunately, that didn't do this trick. In my despair I consented to his charges, that came out into a ridiculous $220 dollars to drill the door and $140 dollars to get a new cylinder (which seemed like your typical house depot cylinder). The combined total with tax was.
Last Sunday afternoon, I found myself locked out of my apartment after falling off my laundry down the block. Usually I would have waited it out in a friend's place to get a roommate to find home, but unfortunately I left the cooker on so time was a problem.
After he left, I started to do some study, (e.g. requesting my landlord), and the average price for those services I paid is not nearly the amount I was charged. I called them to clarify the problem and found out I was being charged for a warranty on the new cylinder I wasn't even told about prior to the $220 dollars and the installment was for the transport price.
This place is scamming the area. They run a company and I doubt the validity of those 5 star reviews. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.
This is absurb because I live about a 9 minute walk away from their listed address, which funny enough when I attempted to stop by their listed address on yelp, it turned out to be a residential building. After several discussions on the phone the man at Emergency Locksmith refused to give his names to me.
Ulysses, the technician, after I complained about how expensive it was stated, verbatim,"If it was up to me I would charge just $20 for the canister, but the company makes me do this."
Like the customers, my suspicians must have been aroused when the technician arrived in an unmarked car, without a uniform. He jumped to immediately suggest that we drill the cylinder. It was just till I asked about other methods of obtaining a door open did he pull the inflatable device.

The fee in and of itself is asinine. The attempts control my understanding and to play me dumb is unethical.
Ever forgetful I walked out with no keys. Yelped a locksmith am and took the very first I saw. $350 to drill a hole . . .it took no more than a full 60 minutes. After calling proprietor to go over charge, who texted back and forth in front of me with locksmith, I paid the commission. The proprietor then called and said it must have been a different locksmith from another firm (I phoned no additional company) because they never bill such a speed and their guy was in an auto accident...
I'm not certain who to phone, but don't call those guys, if you end up in a scenario that is similar.
When shadowy guys appear at my doorstep with a metal drill bit understanding precisely what I desire I really like it. I wish the gods were always so blessed.

I needed an emergency locksmith to come and open my door after my lock got jammed.
I had the didnt work.
Adam showed up pretty quickly (25 minutes) and tried to grease the lock so as to open it. But it seems that the lock needed to be replaced and drilled.
Bottom line: great support!
They did a clean job and I called before with convenient speeds compare to locksmiths.

Desire them? Be careful - they charged a RIDICULOUS amount of money to run a lock. Avoid!

These guys are shady and tried to scam two girls. Take your business elsewhere.
Our bathroom door got locked from the inside with a dog in the bathroom. It couldn't be unlocked so we called this location. $ 75-110 was offered by them. He said it'd be $150 After the guy showed up. He had been rude and trying to renegotiate for job that required 3 minutes though it was more complicated than originally believed.
Update: The owner called us after this was posted, to try to get this, although not to remedy the circumstance. He offered to provide us cash back so we paid his endgoal clearly was only a yelp review that was much better, although exactly what we had been quoted rather than to really make the problem right. Additionally, it appears from the number of testimonials screened off the business's webpage they are trying to put up reviews. They did try to make the situation better, although I would not take my business here.

These men were suspicious about the purchase price. The service would be $25 site trip fee plus $95 to open the lock. Upon review of this lock, the locksmith instantly said it would need to be drilled and maintained a $185 drilling charge and lock replacement . I wish I would have read the negative reviews on here and could not have called them. Use somebody else if you can.

Before going to my parents home for the holiday I figure out my keys were stolen, likely in a starbucks near by.
I couldnt having the risks some1 have my keys or leave my unlocked, although my super managed to allow me in.
Needed my lock and assist.

The lock replacement was fast and the price as been advised on the telephone.

Door Service and emergency Locksmith are the BEST! I had no idea what to do and locked myself. My sister moved into park slope, also for my expertise in NYC, I told her she has to add a leading lock bolt that was dead into her apt door.
Because James offered a great price for 18, my sister opt to upgrade for a high security lock.
The lock works perfect and I'm pleased to know this men are in the area for any case.
