Enjoy a five star experience with this business....HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They were also professional fast and not wanting to scam you out there. Very appreciated!

I won't go so far as to mention this individual's title, but the technician came out and was only a few minutes late due to traffic, which I understood and wasn't angry about at all. He came to my car and he struggled for approximately 30-45 minutes, while simultaneously becoming more aggravated and impolite in his tone. Their aid was declined by the technician. I had been trying to help him by looking inside the car from the side that he was working , and telling him if he was at the right place. (Keep in mind that I'm a woman.) I'd asked him several times when he'd mind if I attempted to use his instruments to make it unlocked, which he declined multiple times. But after being in the hot sun, with my black automobile, for more than half an hour, I only wanted this to be finished with.) After about 40 minutes of battle, the female employee went back inside to attempt to find a different tool which will help us, along with the guy (tow truck driver) went to the shop to do his shopping. At this point, he eventually let me attempt to manipulate the tools, and after about two minutes (if that), I made it unlocked by myself. His reply to this is a high-five to me personally along with also a statement of"See? Once they left us alone for two minutes and we got rid of the'bad energy'we got it unlocked right away!" I was then billed one hundred and sixty-five dollars (for basically doing the job myself only with his tools). If you're a man I bet you would have a much different experience. Unless it's your last resort However if you're a woman, I would NOT this business.

This is a bad company. Wasn't competent at all at locks. The moment he arrived, he said without taking a look at it he might need to drill the lock. The last time I had known as a company and they opened it and charged me $80. I couldn't keep in mind that company name. Whereas the protector locksmith individual struggled for a very long time to start this, and then drilled the lock and promptly introduced me a bill of $160. So, when I might have done this for 20, I needed to pay $160 to run my lock. He maintained that this was a hard lock when somebody had opened it in 1 second, and you can't, you obviously don't understand your stuff, and ought not to be in company.

I was completely blind sided with a cost which was different from over the phone when I asked what the cost that it was likely to be. Over the phone I was told $25 fee and 35 based on vehicle to be told afterwards that it's was 25 +35 + and what they felt because they appreciated like charging. The man only put J as his name in my bill also Wasn't given an up front pricing before the project was complete and I had given him my card ready to charge me.If I could I would put 0/5 I don't believe anybody should do business with this company
