D.R. Davis Lock and Safe, Inc. was recommended to me by a builder, who told me he used them for all his locksmith job. I was looking for a locksmith since I have had experiences having keys made in other cases at hardware shops and so on. I stopped in recently to have 6 keys made and received a cost that was fair and service. I had no problem with either of the two men working there. I can not say they were too friendly or chatty, but they were not rude or disagreeable. I will certainly use them again if the need arise.

These guys are great! They prioritized getting my lock repaired in my front door - and knew precisely what had happened and how to fix without breaking a fortune. Really professional. Knowledgeable. And super engaging. Highly recommend them.

This is a company with excellent customer support. Highly recommend. As soon as I called because I believed there was something wrong with my recently installed door lock (there was nothing wrong - I was simply dense) they instantly rushed a rep right into my door. The man was really nice although I wasted an hour of his time.

I have not ever seen a greater definition of"Dysfunctional". NEVER AGAIN... the old guy seemed confused and not able to speak; Said his son is going to be in shortly and he can help. . .minutes after the son shows up in a huff rambling incoherently, he picks up my key and tosses it aside underneath him and as if the job is ridiculous. Son & the father reunite and forth behind the wall if I hear them. . .with no end in sight, I walked outside. . .my recommendation: Do not spend a dime in this area, hopefully they will go under and someone who wishes to work will take their place.

We had a scenario where a locksmith was required that day. It took a couple of hours, but came Anthony. He did it expertly and knew exactly what to do. He was also excited to help and did it with a smile on his face. And this was on a Saturday!
I am aware this is the job of Anthony, but it. He helped me create a time better and made me believe that he was pleased to be a part of the.

This is a shop that is little, and it has been here for several years. Like so many suitable tools, I often miss it (until I need a secret ). They work and I'm very happy with them.
I've stopped by over the years needing a key or set of keys and the support has been accurate, prompt and pleasant. Perhaps you have gotten a secret that"almost" functions?

After going here rather than fred meyer to get Keys made.I guess I made a major mistake..These guys screwed up creating a simple key and then were really rude to me and my wife.I truly don't know why he had to yell at us, but I'll never go back.

My car was stolen and recovered with the plug where the key goes pushed in, and since it turned out, broken. D.R. Davis (I don't know the man's name... owner, I think) helped really, very much and saved me some cash by fixing the door latch and lock mechanism better than the first. It took some time, and it poured rain, by working on it before it was perfect, but that didn't stop his group. I am very happy. Was recommended this locksmith by my mechanics that were awesome in Tigard. I happily recommend them. Do not understand why there are reviews that are negative - I believe with the whole team and I met while I was awaiting my door to be fixed, and all were polite and seemed really skillful.

These guys are amazing. With a selection of blanks, I am in-and-out in 30 seconds with a new key that works. Friendly service. Not easy to find, on the side of Fred Meyer. I used to get my keys created at Home Depot, without jiggling, but they seldom work.

The use to be my Locksmith of option, so last week brought an item. Kid in the counter didn't know what he was doing he wanted me to leave it. (must have had something to do with the hiring sign in the window.) Left item and telephone number and he explained would call later. I predicted to find out whether any progress about the item I dropped off. Kid on phone said he didn't know, he didn't get item . But here some banging around and all of the sudden its own fixed, so that he states come in to receive it. I get there exactly the kid prior to is there that I dealt with day and the one I talked to on the telephone. He states not mended and appears real nervous. I told him I didn't enjoy the runaround that he had been giving me (I'm old today so I stay pretty calm) The owner from the back comes crying at me and say how inconsiderate I am. Because I haven't said anything offensive to have four letter words thrown at 19, I'm baffled. Owner says for the run around his employee has given me, I want to thank him. Now I'm am cause he's turning out on me his employee has done. Sign in the window is telling me that he is hard and can't retain help in his business.
Locksmith in Tigard fix it in a couple of minutes, so I won't go back to this store!
