Great location!!! I have been here quite a few times and they are always so helpful. Now I did not even charge me and had problems with Josh and a lock help me to fix it. Where do you find people like this anymore? I strongly suggest this location for any work that you need about locks, safe and deadbolts.

TAL updated the deadbolts of my home and after they set up a gun safe. I appreciated efficacy and the high quality of the work. I comparison priced the safe and setup at locksmiths and retailers. TAL was about $150 less costly. I also like the fact that I was dissuaded by them from associated with my lock updates. TAL is a square-dealing business I have grown to trust for my safety requirements.

He rekeyed my front door and mailbox, and has been done in twenty five minutes.
As promised, the locksmith (Josh) called to let me know that he was on the way, and it was well within their"two hour" window.
Appointment keeping can be a deal breaker.

I was looking to resolve a lock that was poor that I had on a mailbox and discovered Thanks A Lock on Yelp. Easy parking in front of the store and a gentleman greeted me once I walked into the door. He identified the problem with the lock, rekeyed it for me, made me a few extra keys and that I was on my way in no time. Great service at a sensible price. I highly recommend Thanks A Lock.

I set an appointment and the technician came on time. He rekeyed 2 Kwikset locks and gave keys to me and has been done in under half an hour. The service was excellent. They charged me about $120 search was a touch of excessive. Other than that the service was fantastic.

I called to find out if they could copy an Lexus key. Very courteous on the phone and upfront that they can do most of them. I has been quite pleased with service and the friendliness and went to possess the key duplicated.
I've had issues before with local locksmiths not being able to duplicate an automotive key.

Instead, they also supply knife sharpening. I inquired about scissors or hairdressing shears & he said no as the blades are fine... essentially kitchen or hunting knives. They are located next to the Home Depot garden center in the mall.
The great? Which means that they glide into the lock they personality keys are coated in some sort of plastic. Key I've ever had. I will continue to buy the character keys as I like the lock start.
Personable, super quick & I liked that he had a number of funky key colors & designs cuz it is easier to locate a key onto my keychain that leads others to think I'm a janitor.
All I had was a key copy, but it had been done right & quick. I've never had a key that they do different things besides keys. They simply never fit into the lock. My experiences have left me going to some locksmith.
Cost was $6.45, but I did receive the fancy schmancy Hello Kitty key. I didn't ask for a breakdown on he & cost didn't offer you a receipt.

I have an older version Nissan Xterra where the ignition key tip broke off. I predicted locksmiths in the everybody and area prices were sky-high. Thanks a Lock had the price, therefore I came to them. When I talked to Joshua, he clarified that my key had been stripped and there is probably nothing they can do, however they were going to attempt and make another crucial by"free style". Joshua was able to make a key. He ended up saving a lot of cash that didn't need to spend. The men in the shop we are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Thank God they were open until 6:00! After attempting Home Depot and 2 other places (running out of time) that they were able to earn a specialty key. Fantastic locksmith to understand. . .and excellent customer support!

Pretty much the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time! I called with some questions the old man that answered the phone was so impolite he wouldn't even let me get out my questions without cutting off me each time and that I acted like I had been totally bothering him and the truly sad thing is I was a returning customer. If you truly want help with your lock problems I wouldn't recommend this place!

I am so impressed by this firm. I had two problems - a safe and a handle lock. By the time I walked in the store they had Josh come to my home and solve the problem all finished in two hours.
