Understanding of my worries and communication. I was referred by A friend to you and I am glad they did.
I had been in a pickle and JT's went over and beyond to help me and my clients.
I'm a Realtor and had a house near Maricopa through Offerpad. Offerpad has a person come out to change their lock. The issue is, they provide a window of 3-5 business days. My clients were not occupying the house yet so there wasn't any way for me to understand"if" the key would be changed and I needed to guarantee the house was procured for my clients.
The lock wasn't shifted because we were told, therefore after Christmas to test on the house, JT's went again.
Long story shortened, they not only saved me a lot but they also saved me HOURS of driving back and forth to check in their home. To top it off, they didn't charge me extra for all of their trips!! Their cost was beyond reasonable.
I reside at the SE Valley just popping by to take a look at the house to make the situation tougher.
After plenty of pestering, Offerpad called their locksmith and told us they'd be outside on Dec 24th to change the lock but wouldn't give me a time, nor contact me if it was completed. JT's went outside and checked for me in the house including at the close of the day on Christmas Eve!!

Jeremiah times have been used by us at our home to set up re-key, locks, or anything in between locks. He has always been very professional, accommodating, honest, and fair. Oh, and he is always on time.

Because I had a bit of broken key stuck inside my door, I called JT. He arrived as early as he could and also fixed the lock and made me copies and was very nice, friendly and professional. Fantastic service from the moment you call for support until conclusion. I will most definitely use JT for many of my services that are key again. I'm glad I trusted the reviews on here. Last year I called to inquire if they offered security services and they did not. Nevertheless, they gave references to me and were really cheerful about it. I called and made an appointment to bring into a door lever/lock for repair. The owner called me back when he read a description of the matter, and told me how to repair it without even bringing it all in. Fixed it for free! He billed me, repaired it there, and could have had me bring it in and I'd have been none the wiser. I did not find that correct via Internet search. And he did all that with a smile. I thought service and folks did not exist like this so I was pleasantly surprised.

Professional arrived in a timely fashion when I locked my keys. Also made me a spare pair. Very affordable. I would recommend Jeramiah and Jeramy and this company .

As far as my loved ones and me are involved, JT's is the only locksmith in Arizona.

Jeremiah was not only able to locate the locks that are currently defunct, but he educated me in the ways of replacing in addition to procuring those locks from within via an update.
My efforts went nowhere.
I'm not because Jeremiah made me feel like I was the customer at JT's, although I'd really like to explain to you exactly how little I paid with all the job. I'd be remiss by sharing that information - though I am sure every one of the customers receives the exact same price for the exact same high-level services that are professional.
The company that produced my door locks no longer do so for personal residences. I tried many, many different strategies to locate these locks because I had a different variant that what the property's builder set up.

Very fast and friendly. These guys are good that I wish they had support is Los Angeles.

These men (brother's) are excellent! My little Houdini kids constantly tried or successfully getting out of our home. We tried 5 different locks on our door, such as a door brace that our little 4 and 5 year old figured out how to unlock and remove the door brace. They had been stranded in 5:00 in the morning!!! I predicted JT's due to a recommendation from my father and they stated they had the ideal solution. They had been at my home for about 30 minutes, installed 2 clamp such as locks that have a spring tensioner, and now my two little Houdini's have no way to escape! They're not strong enough to start the clamp locks that were robust that JT's installed, although they have tried. The locks are great for securing the house's doors to keep out people too! I'm extremely pleased with cost, installation, customer service, and their product! I will utilize JT's again, and I highly recommend them to anyone else to their requirements that are locksmith!

Jeremiah came outside to rekey my home locks and replace my mailbox lock today. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. I felt that the cost for the job was fair. I Locks and Suggest the Keys of JT.

JT's is a key and locksmith company. I've needed them to my house in Maricopa. Always courteous and one of the solutions in Maricopa. On re-keying my mailbox, I called this morning for support. They were able the same day to finish my service! Support this regional family-owned and operated company! Several weeks back, I regrettably locked my keys. And as luck would have it, the keys of my wife were inaccessible as well. I finally ended up needing to call a locksmith after trying.

Desired two transponder key. It requires understanding and equipment to do the work correctly.
When he said he would, and got to work, he arrived. It didn't take him long encode and to cut the sterile keys. They worked the very first time. And all this for approximately half of what the dealer wanted.
