Green Locksmith

Comments

Great service! Reasonable price. 3 stars possibly sketchy. . But I bet those were elderly people working for Them. But yeah!! Try them! Great job! Thanks guy!!
I called a bunch of these guys and locksmiths gave a quote to me. Because it had 2 stars, at first I had been feeling cynical about it. However they seem nice so I gave it a opportunity. I had been locked out of my room and I have a door that was solid. No bueno. I was told by them they will be here in 30 mins and I asked them if they could get sooner. I was really running late for work then. I was very frustrated and thank godness they could 10 seconds early. The man came and he had been respectful that I loved. Within 8 minutes they started my door.

I uninstalled the app back, although I should have read the Yelp reviews .
I locked myself out of my house. Security screen door only. Not the deadbolt, the other lock. Called Green Locksmith has been told that if I cancel charge card will be billed and $45 for support charge. Ok, no big deal, I understand. Plus so $130 MAX plus taxation charges. Was told it would take 30 minutes for a technician to arrive and I would be called by him over 10 minutes of birth. Technician called 10 minutes after the phone call confirming my address and said he was on the way.
He shows up. He tells me it is likely to cost $185 total. I told him , I was told it could only be up to $85 for the lock pick. . .otherwise I would have hung up and known elsewhere. He then"supposedly texted the office" to affirm what they told me, because sometimes they have"bargains". Then he said ok it is gonna be 135 and I explain to him I was told the maximum I'd be billed is $130. He then says"ok $130" I understand I am being hustled, I am irritated. Numbers are just throwing out right and left. I sat for over an hour and didn't wish to go billed $45 for sending and hauling him away so that I let him move.
It took literally 5 minutes. Then he informs me its 135 total with sales tax. Ok, sure. Then he charges me $144 and that I told him"you literally just told me its $135 with tax included 2 seconds ago" and he argues with me that it's not what he stated. At this point so that I simply pay the $144 I want to get my hungry toddler that is crying inside. I understand I got hustled, San Diego sales tax is 7.75%. Lesson learned and I am pretty pissed although the man was unethical and rude. I am not going to bother calling to whine and waste my time, I read the other reviews and it really does nothing. Steer clear of this builder that is locksmith.

I was sexually harrassed by one of the technicians. We were alone, and he begins hitting me repeatedly until I am very uneasy. It ends up being more I had to grab more money than I believed. He then stops me, looks me up and down and proceeds to tell me there's other ways. About how unprofessional he is, I'd had enough at that point and shed my shit and I am not a prostitute. It is not being asked for by A woman because enjoys or they way she seems. We're never ASKING for this. What we do request is respect which is uncommon nowadays. Only be a human being. Only be a PROFESSIONAL. (I will be reporting you btw.)
Update: They immediately fired this technician .

I called them since my son locked his keys in the car and the website says not or 30 minutes. An hour later, no tech and so I called and they said 15 minutes. Because no tech and no phone call from the tech, 30 minutes later, I called. They didn't create it and a half and hour or more and billed me $84. I'm writing this while on hold to see what the explanation will be. The $84 was gave a direct answer to when the tech would arrive.

Terrible enterprise. They estimate a timeframe that they can come, you consent to this interval over the telephone. Then, 20 minutes later, the tech calls and says he will be an hour, even though the technician said he's right around the corner. They qualify this as being"en route" and therefore charge you the $49, though we ended right when we heard the true quantity of time it would take to get here. Scam, and that I hope people read the yelp testimonials unlike myself who was desperate I travelled with the first 24 hour locksmith I discovered and panicked. Dumb. Shame on me. Don't let it be shame on you.

If I could put Do NOT, I REPEAT don't use this firm EVER. They're liars, deceitful, do not care about customer service or the simple fact that they have NO PROBLEM ripping people/businesses off. Get one that was stuck closed open and they had been called out to re-key two cash drawers. They said they do not do re-keys and then did not do ANY of the. . .ummm is not the task of a locksmith? So after their technician stood around for most of the visit they billed $154 to do NOTHING. Save your money and go thru someone else. We sent VIDEO revealing they told us bad then we shouldn't of paid them and their technician didn't do what he put on the bill to them. Trust me when I say right and this company passed.

SCAM.Because I know I am reluctant in writing a poor review.
Don't work with this company. They offered me $49 on the phone and also an arrival window involving 230-330 pm. They did not meet with their own window, and he explained that the speed is $175, after the technician showed up in 4:10.
I requested him to leave because it was apparent that this was a complete misrepresentation. I called their office and they stated they'd be charging me a cancellation charge for $49.
. .DONT USE

Perhaps the ownership need to invest a while with their staff on.
Not a surprise these men have 2 stars or less. The customer service obtained. Was told verbatim by the customer service rep"If you do not like tough, call someone else". Do not even bother especially because there are from the service market.

After two hours he could open my door.
Very poor service.
Tech Ethan has a bad attitude towards my family. I have locked out, after 3 hours drive to my house. The operator advised us price that was different but Ethan came up with 175 $.
Not suggested.
Horrible customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When the technician came he asked me when the telephone operator explained the pricing and I said yes. It is 64 bucks and may possibly be based on the amount of difficulty.
THEY ARE HUSTLERS!
Originally I had been told 29 bucks for a Service call plus for a total of 64 bucks. It might be based on the amount of difficulty.
I had to reopen my accounts for the purpose of notifying anyone who would think about working with this business to do differently. Here is what happened:
He then proceeded to say that this is a difficult lock (deadbolt lock onto a bedroom door) and that my total cost would be $164. I agreed thinking that it would happen to be a process. It and I mean literally, took him 10 minutes to unlock my door. If this isn't the complete opposite of hard I do not know what's. I feel completely disrespected and that I feel as though I had been hustled.
I had been hustled and taken advantage of. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED although I should have been more saavy! DO NOT USE GREEN LOCK SMITH! THEY ARE TOAD FACES!
I called the telephone operator and she told me that the labour charge could be anywhere from 35-95 bucks depending on the amount of difficulty. Again!! There was absolutely no difficulty. Since the job was finished in 10 minutes. Secondly, 95 dollar labour charge and the 29 dollar service call would only add up to 124 bucks.
Then I asked her when the technician is a contractor or an employee. She told me that the technicians are private contractors. I asked how is it possible that you simply give particular quotes but the very same people that are currently focusing on behalf of you give various quotes. Again are not employees that are held accountable.
I called back in the morning, gave me my information to the telephone operator, she spoke and went to her supervisor move there was nothing I would not be getting any type of refund and that she could do for me. She then proceeded to tell me that I should have not agreed to paying the technician and that I should have negotiated with him.
You'll feel comfy as the receptionists are extremely polite, when you call Green Lock Smith and they speak perfect English. Unfortunately the system they have set up is 1. Somebody comes with a crisis 2. They phone Green Lock Smith and are greeted by polite females 3. An immigrant technician comes out that does not hold the values of honesty and integrity that make this country great and then proceeds to estimate you nearly 3 times the initial price 4. Are not currently going to say no 5. You realized you have been ripped off and attempt to call the company. 6. You're greeted with the women 7. She talks with her"supervisor" and then proceeds to tell you that they are not able to supply you with a refund since you ought to have negotiated with the private contractor.

I had dropped my key and called Green Locksmith to come and help. The lady did not seem very happy to have answer my questions or to take my phone. I'm her job I'm sure she receives a great deal of customers, although I was upset because I had locked myself out of the house first day of 2018. I inquired if I locate my crucial she said yes and if I could cancel but if driver is that there would be a $49 cancel fee. Not a minute later I called them back and discovered my key . I requested to cancel and inquired if I was likely to be charged the fee and the lady said"well yeah, the driver is in route soooo yeah." Could of had a better tone for it. In frustration I said"That is ridiculous I predicted so fast." And the lady said"yeah okay" and hung me up. Save yourself the pain and find a location with people who can do their job easier and better customer support.

"No, we don't." She explained.
Wow, this really is unbelievable.
Yelp should investigate into this.
That guy took my 2 credit cards' info and maintained that they got diminished. I called Chase in front of himand Chase said there's no transaction. He still forced me to go to pay him $300.
$316 had been billed to open a regular lock which I purchased from Home Depot.
I called many occasions, and whenever they put me on hold and eventually their manager was not offered. Where is the boss so I asked. She explained"Canada." I then asked"So that you don't have any boss in US?"
Green Locksmith set up many sites with a PO box address along with a local number attached back to the telephone centre in each city. It's a massive community of scam and nobody knows the name of the company. There is no manager in US. Where is BBB when we want them?
I can't help but asked"Can this company legal?"
I asked her what's the name of the company. She explained she does know. Then I asked is there anyone knows the name of the company. She said no.
A few days later, I have over $900 fraudulent on a few of these 2 cards.

Second time I've used a locksmith in my life... worst experience ever. First of all of the technician used 2 air bags to lift the door between the doorknob up and then chose the slot in to open the door. I had asked it wasnt gon t mess up my gate and if it was safe and he explained. Ever since then my door knob has been messed up. I got locked within my apartment until a friend came to assist me. Imagine if I was outside and the door knob was stuck I would have to call a locksmith? So I phoned them and informed them about the situation... they refused to fix it called me a liar and they werent liable for whatever occurs to the door once they do their solutions. They wanted me to cover yo possess my door knob replaced they had messed up!!!! Frankly I would advise that you to look at a different locksmith company... not worth the money (far more expensive than the other locksmith I used before) and the worst customer service that the manager was not useful at all and even hung up on me.

Absolute scam. The phone operator offered me a range of $35-85 to open my car door (plus the $50 service charge ) depending upon the difficulty. The technician took just 3 minutes to pop it open with a two step process, and charged me the $85. I asked why it wasn't nearer to the estimate that was $35 and he explained that it is a flat rate of $85 for labor all the time. Have a range of your techs are going to charge the amount regardless? Totally unethical. Find a much better place, don't use this one unless you don't mind business practices and overpaying

This is one bitch that is rude! She refused to assist me saying it was a mechanics occupation. A key. I had been stranded on the road and that I refused to assist me because I tried to save a little cash by changing the ignition switch myself. A mechanics job. She informed me that she would alert them all so no one will have the ability to assist me so that I could go home and that of the local locksmiths were attached. A mechanics job. Great way to end. A mechanics job. A key...

No good. They quoted me 35-95 to get in an apartment. They stated they'd be there in 20-30 minutes. I requested to pay credit cardand they said OK but that I had to fill out. I returned them the shape in 20 minutes and called them to observe when the smith would arrive. They stated that the smith was not on his way however because I had not sent the form back, and that it would be $150. I stated that no one told me and they said well what did I anticipate. I stated I expected them clarify their process so that the customer knows what to expect, and to be apparent. I requested them to honor the price they offered me on the telephone and she said they could not. It was all a experience and my renter remains waiting to get into their apartment

Don't call this people, they will provide you a price over the telephone 35-85 and they'll charge you more I paid 134, I called them and they said they were unable to do anything. I'll tell family members and all my clients not to call them.

I would if I could rate this business at zero stars. I called this business for a quote and a time frame and locked my door, it was 5:45 AM when I called and they told me it'd be anywhere between 30-45 min and she would put a rush on it. I was quoted somewhere and a service telephone between $30- $60 depending on the labor needed when they arrived. At 6:45 AM I called the company back inquiring where the technician was, she told me she was sorry and that he would be there in 15 mins. At 7:15 the technician called me and said that he only left and could be there in 25 mins. At 7:45 I called the company back inquiring where the technician was and they put me on hold (never returned back to the line), the driver then awakened at 8:00am. As he seemed just like he just rolled out of bed, when we arrived he came in an unmarked vehicle, in essentially Pajamas. He proceeded to use a air pump to pop up my door shut, about 45 minutes total, then charged me a total of $149.00. He showed me the work order that was not sent over until 7am to him and apologized for being late. It was a generic receipt when I asked for a business card that he said he did not have any, once I asked for a receipt. When I ran their qualifications and went onto their site, their CA License has been expired since February, their BSIS permit is in a different name.

Along with a Office location or workshop. Get the True State License Number and telephone the BSIS(Bureau of Security and Investigative Services) or go online to verify them to make a complaint. Http://www.bsis.ca.gov/industries/locksmith.shtml or telephone -LRB-916-RRB-322-4000 I gave you all the link to verify and make a complaint here. (I used to be a Private Investigator also so that I know)
Do NOT handle cars in any way.
It is my hope that this has helped?
It is currently about 24 hours and no call back.
I called around who gave me quotes over the telephone for a car door lock. (You are likely to invest about $45 to get a lock meeting and then another $35 or so to set up ) Problem is nobody has this specific season or version but they're available thru OEM makers, and also the last place that you wish to go would be to the Car Manufacturer.
Good luck and don't be taken in by those artists!
Why isn't there a category for F**K NO! ...? Let's be really Honest okay!
I am obtaining the lock making it keyed for my crucial thru my mechanic and having it installed by another body shop. It is nice to have friends. But a service close by said $30-dollars to. So you're currently spending roughly $85-$125 to get a lock, keyed and also installed.
P.S. I also called"SkyRocket" locksmith something and their telephone numbers were disconnected and that I just saw a car with all the advertisements on it. I've heard of"unlicensed" locksmith's and they do exist.
I'm former law enforcement and I am quite cautious about"screening questions" They are a SCAM and that I called the Answering Service which is reading from a script. They need advice they truly do NOT need to get an estimate and talk to a real"locksmith" These telephone operators are NOT locksmith's but get a"commission" and when I requested to speak to a locksmith I NEVER got a call . What"24 hour Support"??

Told 29.99 to come out afterward 35 a hr. And I repeated to her I know she said and hr. He showed up, he told me your lock cost 50. It depends on the lock and is 35 to start. It just took him 10 minutes, though he told me did not matter what lock I had him change. SO the lock that is 50 dollar is harder to do then. I said they set up me and said something rude to him. I said I bet I get charged 29.99 if you leave now too. . I had been told"no" as he walked off. I simply got a charge receipt for 29.99. He could of said Yes I would not of been sterile.
