I would, if I could give zero stars! Called for service. We are having issues with a lock on front door. I was quoted $19.00. Then we'd agree on a price. My husband was advised it'd be $150 to take out the door. After several attempts, he could not unlock the door or remove the door. ThenI wrapped up after the long wait on each time and was hung up on, put on hold for 20 mins, then 30 mins, and called to complain. One customer service person, transferred me 4 times speak. Horrific customer services!

My fiancé Secured her self from the Home from the garage while I was at work- Known as this company and Obtained a quote for 54 Bucks which seemed reasonable and Also a 30 min Coming after a hour and a half the Guy showed up opened the door and gave her a Statement Which said 208 Bucks after she told then Guy that wasn't right he said 175 dollars from frustration she paid the man and then told me Just How much it wasit Looked high so I Phoned around and we totally got ripped off it Ought to have been no more than 100 and they keep passing me off to someone else their Webpage says 100% guarantee satisfaction which I'm not at all
