Mordy did an EXCEPTIONAL job rekeying everything and fixing our locks. He made us feel comfortable which was significant to me to be aware that the person is genuine and honest and was very personable. He also spent the time to reveal what he had been doing and mended our screen door that would not shut all of the way. Mordy is HIGHLY recommended by me!

I am thankful that they were able to help me especially as quickly as they did, taking into consideration the matter was really that urgent. For that, I give a strong recommendation, together with the drawback being that the cost was suddenly expensive given the amount of time it actually took to complete the job to them. Add this to the fact that I realized that the guy had set up the dead-bolt lever in the way, I had to end up fixing it myself and taking it apart.
Removing the lock took about ten minutes, while I had them rekey the lock into my key sets for consistency purposes - . And just like that, my problems were solved.
This was the company that is second after nobody picked up with my first choice, which I contacted.
In less than an hour, I had a locksmith out to remove the lock that is badly aligned and put in an one that I had already purchased myself. The man was professional and polite, discussing what the price may or might not be, in addition to explaining everything to me ahead, depending on the amount of work entailed.
So they will do the job that has to be done, but you will definitely be paying for this and you should probably make sure that they do it correctly.

My worker locked himself out of his vehicle and Mordy was out to assist us. He was fast!!! and professional I would certainly recommend him.

West valley was the only locksmith that answered their phone, was available and called me back. They said they'd be here in 30 minutes and they were. I felt stranded. It took him to get my door open. Quick and friendly support. I'd use them again

Not great at all. The man didn't provide a flat price over the telephone. Quoted me anywhere from $50 to over a hundred. I told him that locksmiths charge flat rates of up to $95 or $85. He then said he won't charge me and lowered it. He said the reason behind this because it depends on also the difficulty of it and the lock. When he got to my place he said he'd charge me $90. Then tells me because wouldn't wish to turn away him when he's there, he normally does not quote a price on the telephone. He said that he charges $200 if he gets before he gets there, there which is insane not to tell this to somebody over the telephone. Anyhow he came and literally tried to lock pick on my door knob for 40 min. So he tried to lock pick on door, could not open it. He told me that he would need to drill it and take the whole door knob out and could not do it . Wasted our time. I told him we have found somebody who will do it. He told us that somebody won't have the ability to get it available. I didn't think him. The dude wanted $45 for the ceremony fee and I only had $44 money on me which he had been fine with and accepted. It was a buck off and this was probably the thing out of it. Thankfully was able to cover the service fee which seriously helped us a great deal.
I believe it is amusing that two other locksmiths after this one left, such as the person who came managed to start that specific same doorknob in minutes and also their services are under $90. This dude would ordinarily wish to charge $200 as it actually takes minutes to start from the locksmiths that are valid, and he could not even open my lock.

I talked to the rude individual I've ever spoken and called to report that the matter . I informed him what had happened and he said I wasn't actually making sense. I attempted to explain that the switches are attached push down to discharge the gas lid and pull up to release the trunk.
If I could write a star review I would. An individual for this company came out for keys in the trunk of a car. I was out of town. The technician attempted to go into the vehicle through the trunk which generated a bend that was no big deal. The problem was that they attempted to use the discharge that was know to be broken. They disassembled the trunk opens and reassembled. The issue,is that the gasoline and trunk release are attached so that I can no longer discharge the gasoline cover to fill the auto and there's absolutely absolutely no discharge in the trunk.
Good luck if you choose this company.
They may have done some work for many others but in case you've got a problem I hope you get help as opposed to being blamed, berated, cussed at and hung up on.
For approximately 10 minutes I was berated by him and put the blame on me. He told me this is a Sunday day and asked what I expected he asked when I expected"special ops and black forces" called out to resolve the problem (keep in mind that they are recorded as a 24/7 service). I explained that it is a problem I can not get gas in the car and would love to find a time. He chose to berate me and said that I was"talking out my ass" when that happened I asked if he was the owner and he said no he was the dispatcher. I requested for an operator or managers name in which time he asked if"I wanted to talk to the governor?"
I chose to press owner or supervisor information at which time he hung me up.

Closed escrow on our new home and wished to have the locks rekeyed ASAP. I looked on Yelp and came across West Valley Lock & Key. Was not disappointed.
Called on a Sunday night- I was able to get an appointment and telephone was answered right away. Great start. I got a call on Monday morning confirming Bo was on the way. Thirteen rekeyed cylinders and I'm a happy customer. The locks operate easily and also the keys (master and copies all work perfectly). Reasonable cost. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be using them again.

When I could do a zero review I would 29.95 service telephone is fine but then get Here and say yes I can help u it'll take just a couple minutes to select the lock and then please sign here it will 145.00 and also the support call. We requested him to depart and said your mad. Who charges 145.00 for maximum of 10-15 minute job. I had been told there are a labour charge but that amount is way out of line highly do not recommend

Thank you - I would Certainly recommend west valley lock and key I lost a key for my car called a different Firm first and they were vague My sec call was to west valley lock and key and they gave me a price over the phone a technician came with in 20 mins and got the work done. Like I said I would certainly recommend them, easy to take care of.

Had an older lock that the key broke off and jammed in the lock. West Valley took the opportunity to clean and lubricate a lock on a different doorway and was instant, professional, and thorough at replacing the cylinder.

I can't say enough! I was devastated last night we locked ourselves. They showed up and gave us a while when they stated they went to. Ben and his trainee were honest so nice and found the very best and most cost efficient options for us. We would call them any time and are so grateful for them!

Bo came to our office to replace a lock to our firm. He arrived with an hour people do not possess a key becoming stuck in lock, and as promised, let me know the price before he got started, completed in around 15 minutes. It works better than the lock when before it broke. Very painless from start to finish. Thanks!

I predicted West Valley Lock and Key at about 4:00pm and expressed to Bo that the ignition on my 2003 Dodge truck was locked up. Bo said he could be in my house by 5:15pm which he arrived. My vehicle is being repaired by Bo because I need to be in Chandler in the morning as I'm writing this review. I'm very satisfied and appreciative that West Valley Lock and Key can come help me.
