This place is awesome! I have been helped by them twice when my car key got stuck in the ignition and would not turn. They replaced the ignition . I was very disappointed and had to use a different firm in between my two times and that experience made me understand just how much better Dupage Security Solutions is.
They aren't 24 hours (that is why I had to try out another business - next time I'll wait!) So bear this in mind.

Horrible customer support and attitude... Instantly turned me down saying no one can help me but the locksmith that"made the exceptional security secret" I attempted to ask some questions but promptly after his remark he walked away and left me . No one should need to deal with this when there's 3 places with 5 min to get an integral cut. I moved 3 min down the path to Keyway Lock & Security Company was greeted politely explained what DuPage Security maintained they whined and had me 2 minutes with two of these"unique security keys".
Locks that are Wanted rekeyed, They did it while I waited. Everything worked well.
My locks changed . Extremely professional. They were on time, polite and also my quote was accurate. Also efficient and speedy service.
I wanted to receive my locks re-keyed and just moved to town. I attempted to work out something for the day and called Dupage. We could not get our schedules agree, but they were nice about rescheduling for the subsequent day. He was out of here in about 20 minutes and immediately assessed the circumstance, re-keyed few tanks, and came in. My puppy was obnoxious (not mean, only loudly ), and he was good with her. The cost agreed perfectly with the estimate. Dave was prompt and professional. When I want them, I highly recommend them and will call them again!

After purchasing a house that had years old locks, I called DuPage outside to rekey the locks however, the understanding that the technician had and shared with me directed me into purchasing much higher quality products. It was installed and that I couldn't be happier.

DuPage Security Solutions made re-keying the locks on the home we just moved into simple. The process literally took 15-20 minutes on site and the locksmith that came out for the job was knowledgeable and helpful in letting me know my options.
