Basics Plus

This is my FAVORITE neighborhood store. It's all home items, end that is higher - which is useful when shopping so I don't get tired searching for the products. Harvell was beneficial for me personally and took care of my Voluspa candles which are my candles for my house, only kind that don't give a headache to me!

Do not waste money or your time - came in to find a duplicated and not one of the employees knew how to utilize the copying machine that was essential. If somebody who did understand how to utilize it would be in later on when I asked, I was given attitude and advised to visit their other location. When I said I did not have time I was scoffed at and told it was a 5 minute walk and also to go there. Not the customer support experience you want.

People were friendly. Especially the staff there;-RRB- store is clean, a Great Deal of choices and it's bright and convenient~

Harvell did a fantastic job of duplicating the keys. Quick and seamless strong customer service, as well as process. Would definitely recommend coming here for your needs!

Avoid their sharpening service and spend your money elsewhere especially.
I'm simply reviewing their knife sharpening service.
For per knife - regardless of size - plus tax, they handled the two knives that I dropped off. After pickup and eagerly awaiting test those sharp boys, I realized that the job was bad. Both knives required me to push down with joint effort to cut properly and were not sharp.

Since they were not sure when they had the ideal type of essential and had to ask a couple of individuals I came by to get copies of keys for my own office, the service was somewhat slow. They discovered a secret they think will work and offered to repay if I have some trouble with it. I appreciated how comprehensive and fair they were with the process.

I brought my Miele vacuum cleaner into the UWS Basics Plus store to be repaired. Alexi went beyond and above to fix my older Miele, regardless of the fact there were hiccups on the way. He was very personable and accommodating. I suggest BP for vacuum cleaner repair.

Great service, have experienced several keys created here and purchased several items (French and vacuum press.) They have everything you could ever need, and the staff is outstanding!

Came here to get a Medeco key duplicated evening after NO place could perform the job on a minute Sunday. Basics Plus was my savior!! (Love that they were available until 10 pm on a Sunday! ) ) Key which looks sexier compared to the first. The service was speedy and they had been very kind. Would recommend copying by Basics Plus for anybody.

I told her exactly what I needed to do and she subsequently suggested something else - - which was cheaper and stronger and worked PERFECTLY. This young woman knew her stuff and went the excess mile - I really love that and it's why I go to this location for household stuff.
I needed something to attach a bulletin board since it did not have anything to hang it with. Command Strips can do the job, and so I ran down to Basic Plus. They had a ton of Command hooks but no strips. The young girl was shorter than me brought down a box and attained up to a shelf and assisting me. And when there were no strips inside, she got that box back up. I kept trying to assist her that box was heavy. And I lift weights.

Great selection and friendly staff. They helped me find everything I needed to furnish my new apartment and were very knowledgeable on the merchandise, i.e. which things to go for the more expensive version and what there wasn't much difference between name and off brands.

Best location in town for all your houseware wants!! They're open late and the staff is really nice. They can make crucial copies! It's like using better although a Target. Should you leave a fantastic yelp review you also get a coupon on your next purchase should you show them (thanks to the staff for allowing me know )!
