When a friend of mine locked himself AM with no cash. He also called me for assistance and we discovered Paragon online. He called and they had someone there by 1:11 just about the time that I came with my debit card. The locksmith had us in the apartment and settling the bill before 1:30AM. He was pleasant and communicative the time. We did not wake up the neighbors.

And greedy enough to put somebody else in peril to save themselves a few seconds.
While they completed the support for me, they parked their car outside my residence, entirely obstructing my access to my bicycle lane which is directly outside my house, and of course forcing other people, including older people and little kids, to swerve dangerously into visitors, just because theyre too lazy to look for parking.
They're inconsiderate of the area.
I am troubled to mention my experience was very negative:
Selfish individuals.
July 12th of last year I bought locksmith solutions from Paragon Security & Locksmith.

Eli from Paragon delivered on all three. From the moment I called him on Sunday afternoon (waking him up through their 24 service number at 6:30am!) To the moment he completed the emergency lock support he was wonderful. Respectful, got us and considerate, knowledgeable, proficient and most importantly, he fixed the issue we mange that we had a lock out in straight away.
He's a credit to their business and this is the 2nd Excellent experience with Paragon this week by which they handled the issues (intercom and locksmith departments)

When discussing quotations, safety needs, including onsite diagnosis, good communication. They could amend the plan a few times and the tech got the job done running new lines and fixing 8 cameras and installing. Only drawback is that they didn't dispose of packaging stuff and the excess material they purchased along.

Hands down, your very best friend if you are ever in need! Sunny is that their technician and always on the move. I had a situation that is very stressful but the moment I got to the telephone I felt very reassured. He got to me and it had been less than 10 minutes until I was up and running with all of my to-dos. Highly recommend!

I must have paid attention and averted.
Shoddy operation. Called them following hours to open a $35 resort design safe mounted in my cupboard. Was very specific with model and the make and the work required someone lock picking skills.
They sent somebody with insufficient tools and expertise in - vibrating lock pick or a bulge key was what was demanded. All this guy wanted to do was drill the lock then sell me setup and an expensive safe.

We had been locked out due to a broken lockso we called Paragon. Their guy Eli arrived within half an hour, was very friendly and professional, and managed to get us 15 minutes. I would suggest Paragon .

This location has everything you can possibly require regardig locks, alarms, house visits for gadgets and safety inspections. I'm traveling this week and was searching for something without having to worry, where I will store my valubles. I discovered an ideal Master Lock"Mini safe" with a cord and combination lock. It fits jewelry, camera, passport, my phone and other important files I could be carrying. I added a few pictures. I chose PINK however they have other colours. Very cool location with gadgets. A lifesaver and I will be returning when I have security requirements.
They have tons of guys. Good place to get nearby.

I advised him to go home although he tried to settle the purchase price down to 250 200 and then first. He got so angry that he left in silence but I felt as though I was being threatened by him by stating I made him look dumb for having him talk to the supervisor on the phone to reduce the purchase price. However I believe he thought because I discovered they never asked me to get my license and that cylinder only prices 27 dollars at locksmith, I was a doormat. At this moment I'm wondering if there is license for locksmith anyway. It took me? Mins at max to switch myself to the cylinder so screw you guys.
I had been willing to pay 145 plus tip but he missed the opportunity of earning 150+ in three mints due to greed. I want to give them a 0 0 star is inaccessible. Do not use this company.

The more funny thing is he unscrewed the cylinder and emphasized the cylinder (discovered to be routine 1.5 inch cylinder) is very tough to find and even if I go to home depot, they will ask for my license as locksmith and ask me to buy them in bulk so almost impossible for me to do it.
I made a reservation for day to switch my door's cylinder and called. The person on the phone confirmed that cost is 145 fixed and that I checked the price online too. However, if the man arrived, he called for $370. Yes 370 for cylinder. Additionally, when I asked him exactly what happened to 145 price, his response was that my English wasn't good enough to understand what the person said or perhaps he made an error.

Over the years, they have earned trust and my respect and would not even consider using another corporation.
I also called and made a booking and Barak showed up. He stuck and was thorough into the pricing that was discussed over the telephone. I had a few different issues of moderate complexity and he was rapidly able to solve all but one, which was be of complexity.
Barak was professional, knowledgeable and friendly all of qualities that I need within my locksmith. So that if your problems recur, they will return at no charge, paragon stands by their work.

You're using a emergency at the middle of night on a Sunday- nice to know that these men can be called by you.
Now honestly, I did not find these men based on some arbitrary lockout sad story, but once I moved I thought it was cool that all of the signs from the store say that they work 24-7. Nonetheless, my request was significant to me, although minor in comparison. I needed to make copies of my keys. I'd been walking around with them when I eventually decided to do it. 2 sets of 5 keys were finished in under 10 minutes. I really want to say less than 5 minutes, however, I was watching the clock. . All I know is that it was fast, there was no delay, the guy that helped me was nice and effective, and now I can finally give a spare copy of my keys into a friend so that I never have to call these men at midnight to say that I'm locked out.

They were called by us now we have had for several years. (These are costly locks.) The very first company that arrived an explanation that was non-sensical. Paragon answered our phone instantly listened to some very long explanation on the telephone, came promptly and proceeded to resolve the lock. Thank you to Aziz who's trustworthy and knowledgable, and that answered all questions (although not throwing the other company under the bus) and gave us choices without attempting to push or sell anything. In the long run, we opted to update and purchase a new system and were happy to give our company. Recommend them.

I had been with a candle burning in my apartment and my entrance door locked in a serious bind -- and paragon could not have been nicer, faster, or helping. John arrived 20 minutes later I called and was quickly to work. After 10 minutes I was inside my apartment.
