My difficulty was with a truck bed-cover (tonneau cover), with a lockable handle; I was unable to enter the bed of my truck since the secret wouldn't insert the lock. WD40 and other measures attempted . I contacted S A & on the telephone it had been at about. The guy who answered said that I was able to swing his house and that he could take a test for no charge. It required no longer than 5 minutes for him to fix the problem and he charged me $20 bucks. I know that almost all of the specialist areas for truck beds could have charged more and they would have made it look like much more of an issue than it was. Thank you for the help.
