Accurate Lock Service

I had called in and place a three pm appointment, Paul was punctual and it was $95. $15.
Ask for Paul, he's respectful, so considerate, professional, and quick!
They drilled me in and he explained to me how locks work and gave me hints on what I could do next time to avoid the issue.
He asked if I wanted the shavings to wash so I would not step on it and hurt my toes if I was bare foot and showed me the way to set up a new door knob.

We contacted Accurate Lock Service last Thursday after being locked out of our condominium due to latch failure. The time was about 9:45 PM and James took our call. He was short on time and was at a customer's location. He requested me to text him the details and promised to get back to us after he was done. I sent all the details to him and he got back to us. He helped break the latch and came over in few minutes. I paid $135 for the whole service. We had been quite satisfied with the support as some of the other'highly rated' companies on Yelp were a no show or didn't get back to us within an hour. You go, James!

Helpful and very speedy service tech. Came out less than 10 minutes after I called. A+

Pushy. Rude service. Also when I called to inquire about solutions they hung me up when I asked for more details cut off me. Too many choices on the market to give my money to them. #ThankYouNext

Fastest locksmiths. Came over 45 minutes and change my lock. Super.

Absolutely magnificent. I called around, and they had the lowest prices in town. Their tech Paul was here in 15-minutes. A nice man -- very professional and easy moving. He even tried his best to pick the lock, and if that was not completed, gave me all of the options and let me know how I could most replace the guards.
Would absolutely phone them again if I ever need a locksmith again (although I hope not to anytime soon). Paul was the best!

I called and Jon was with traffic at the uhaul storage 30mins! !!!!! was AMAZING Frankly I thought it was going to be a pain to find off this padlock however he still got it done in 5 minutes and was so helping!!!

Got my locks for my house redone and replaced. I had been invoiced a bill that was higher than I anticipated and had been quoted, after the work was finished. If I knew the bill went to higher than what was estimated, I'd have gone with another corporation.
Be sure you get your cost upfront and have them stick to it! Overcharges and rips you off .

Therefore, into my flat, I was back after 35 minutes and a damaged lock.
Clearly.
I organized to meet and called this particular service. He predicted again and gave me a bit of a mindset"I just called you and it went to voicemail... would you need our service or exactly what??" . I said, of course, and confirmed the moment. The man arrived on time but was in a bad mood, bad days, but all of us have. He started fiddling around with the lock and after about half an hour, he said it was"impossible" to select and that he would need to drill the lock let me in. Obviously, this is an excess charge. I advised him I had this done before and the man was successful really. He said it should have been luck as he's"really good at what I do".
I should preface by stating that (sadly ) this is not the first time I've been locked out of my flat this past year. The first time it occurred, the service I predicted had me in my flat in under a couple of minutes. It had been too easy.

Helpful and made a bad situation as easy as possible. He was even great with my very, vocal and anxious pup. Will save number for future crises, and highly recommend.

John helped out me. When most people would have gotten mad at the situation... He stayed cool and popped open. Which allowed me to go home and feed my cats catch the game.

Quite happy with the service locks. Jay was able to get me into my apartment and responded to some late night call. I had a lock that is challenging and all his options attempted to find the door open, and it worked! He was honest about my options and professional. Thank you for the rapid reaction!

Guests put my key from the lock that was and came for the holiday weekend. The key got stuck and would not budge, leaving me stuck on the outside with my key in my flat. Called at 8:30 am on Memorial Day, and Jay came to assist. He was extremely thorough and very professional. I will recommend Accurate Lock Service's to anyone who unfortunately needs a lock smith!

We couldn't have asked for better service from this company. They came out in a snowstorm! The worker explained everything he had been doing was very polite, and charged a reasonable price given the time of day, it was a Sunday, and also the sound from our alarm was deafening. We recommend this business to anybody in Chicago searching to get"true" service.

Saved me in the cold, snow & wind when I locked myself out of my car. Could have been a entire nightmare, but the locksmith got to me and into my car quicker. I highly recommend!
