Friendly service, super fast. The locksmith was less than an half an hour after I called. Maybe not average, since it is my first time however I was impressed.
I contacted them to re-key my locks, I had been told $19 per lock after which $19 for them, depending on the manner of lock. I had been told when he came out because I had 8 locks to be re-keyed when I asked for reduction, he'd give me cost. I was subsequently summoned $60 per door (2 locks/per doorway ) to perform the job. So we paid their service charge that was 19 and away they went. VERY disappointing to be overcharged on doors like that!! Shameful.
