I forgot keys Co & Fabio Italia, out of my furniture showroom in Agoura Hills, CA,therefore I could not open it for business. Panicked a bit,then requested YELP & find Brucar Locksmith!!!!!! Wonderful!!!!!

We had two door locks error within a week of one another. I contacted Brucar to schedule an appt, after seeing the reviews on Yelp. (Note: that the service call charge is $10 extra for Ventura = $65, but it was well worthwhile.)

Brucar is highly recommended by me and will use them later on!
I'd purchased a replacement door knob for one door, but the lock mechanism at the door knob was stuck and had to be sawed off. Thankfully, the locksmith managed to make fast work of it and install the knob. The door had an HOA-mandated style lock that had malfunctioned, locking out me . Our locksmith managed to diagnose the issue and custom design a repair that saved us by a replacement that is costly. I am grateful he took the time to do this rather than attempting to upsell a lock.

Wow! When they were contacted by me, stanley could not solve my conundrum. They had been planning on sending an entire new tumbler and key!
A wise move on my character to unlock lock sets and some economies using Brucar!
They cut and unlocked keys for a lock set on a Stanley chest that arrived new! Skillful and patient, the locksmith hunted and found that the blank that fir the set.
Brucar solved the mystery and did so for under $8.00!

I have used Brucar's several times . Every time I call I get a individual to talk to. This time they even came out on the same day that I called for a whole home rekey. Each technician was so helpful, friendly and professional. This time was no exception. He even pointed out the box I have attached to the home is safe and very secure. Which is better to know. I'll continue to use Brucar's for any key and lock problems.

Brucar was great! I called and also the gentleman was considerate and considerate and was able to get my lock day fixed. I was not able to be here once they came, so my son was here along with my son said it had been fixed in less than 10 minutes. The cylinder of the lock has been messed up and wouldn't lock the slider. He repaired as well as my son said he showed my son how to repair if it was to occurred . I'd use their service.

Great experience with the receptionist (I forgot her name, unfortunately) and locksmith, Frankie. He ran a little late but I was given updates by them and if he did arrive he was effective, polite, and quick. I would recommend this firm.

I wanted my company locks rekeyed. Rekey my locks, when I called the locksmith managed to come over and now I use one key. Thank You!!!

The lock on my patio sliding door desired fix. Brucar scheduled a fix within one day. The fix took all of 10 minutes to finish. I was charged a $55 service call charge PLUS labour. The part has been an extra $45. In my view, the service fee should have covered the labour. At $30 to $180 per hour, equates for a 10 second job. You ask a quote ahead of time, suggest if you want to use Brucar. Frankie, the technician, was courteous as was the receptionist & friendly. Hence the 3 stars.
