We had a 1968 VW beetle and we have been one of our only spare keys. We searched around in Roseville and came across ADI lock & key. The dispatcher returned call instantly with a quotation and John and Alvy followed up with us saying that they would be arriving within 15 minutes. They have been on time in addition to the time that is educational. I would definitely recommend this company for your 24/7 locksmith requirements! Thank you for your speedy assistance.
Told me 30mins locks Smith is going to be at my house. 1hr after I call ask where's he? He states and comes doesn't even apologize being late be glad I care out. Really un professional! Would not recommend this location. I called 3 times and all 3 occasions the service section hangs me up! Disappointed in their service. Don't recommend.
I am quite happy with the service. I installed a keypad lock and locked myself. They could get me and also helped program my keypad lock. Will recommend.
