Fernando is expedient, professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and effective. He realizes the distress of having plumbing issues and works to relieve them. He's extremely comprehensive and leaves no stone unturned. He bought me since if the danger associated with my pipes issue, a carbon monoxide monitor! I strongly recommend A-1 Aid plumbing. It doesn't get any better than them!
I contracted to replace the pipe and he started the work the next morning. His crew arrived promptly at 8am and started digging. Fernando combined in and came at dusk. Fernando taped off the area for safety purposes with caution tape and bets when they completed for the day. They started to replace the pipe and arrived. Fernando was very forthcoming with details, code and permits requirements, describing to me exactly what they do every step of the way. At the town inspector signed off in the work that was completed and arrived, and A-1 started to shut up the trench.
The following day after all of the water was pumped from beneath the home, Fernando went in and found several cracks in the 80+ year old garbage pipe that had basically slowed over time, and replaced it with new pvc pipe and I was able to restart my life as normal again.
A-1 was called by me once I had a horrible odor coming in the crawl space of my home. Fernando, the owner, come out by 5 and went under my home to find out what it was. He told me that it had to be pumped out before he could locate the source and it was flooded. He recommended Diamondback Restoration, who came out the following morning to test it out (I analyzed them too ). Since Diamondback began their work, they noticed that the water that they had been pumping from the crawl space was not draining clean from the sewer. Fernando snaked the line and found and come out roots growing through the 80+ year old clay pipe. In addition, he provided pictures that were internal.

We had just moved in and our shower valves were awful. So that we didn't have to tear the wall to get accessibility, so saving us tens of thousands of dollars fernando the plumber failed an inventive repair. American Home Shield will cover the valves but not the accessibility expenses. Fernando came in did the repair and abandoned the job places spotless. The valves that are new work great and Fernando ensured his job. I will use A-1 Aid plumbing for all of my plumbing requirements.

May be the pipes firm ever. They were called out to clean a drain out. Came without looking at anything and out into our lease said it was the tank and they could not do anything about it and abandoned. The septic tank has been cleaned out. Did correct the first issue. Took them two days to come out and they left within 15 minutes. Cost me $125 allowance for nothing. Needed to call another pipes business to clean the drain out, A-1 could have done. Horrible horrible firm. Also as American Home Shield. Both these businesses are crooks. If you need plumbing work, stay away from these guys.
