Pro came out to assess the issue. Determined their was nothing wrong and I had a dishwasher. Did not attempt to create any problems or sell me some services
I contacted 24/7 online for an estimate to replace a garbage disposal, replace a refrigerator water line and unclog a utility sink. I got a call to schedule as appointment. The quote was inquired for by me and has been told the tech would come out to assess the job and supply an estimate, if the job could be done on the spot. I scheduled the appointment for the following day. The tech comes out barely looks at the projects and quotes me numbers from a publication. 1000 almost $400 for your garbage disposal, for all the job ! The job was refused by me and asked how much for his time. He offered to substitute the disposal for $250x, mind that you purchased the new disposal. I consented still absurd.
When I contacted the workplace the partner I spoke with insisted she told me the the process and they waived a fee, etc.. She did not. I was over talked by her and continued to argue with me. My only question was why waste my time by having somebody come out to"assess" the job when the base numbers are provided at a publication? I informed the number and could have been given the numbers my growth when the tech comes out. In addition, after further study they are more expensive compared to other plumbers in the area. I certainly won't call.
I had consulted with an alternate plumbing firm who'd recommended to cut thru the dry-wall to get access to a shower pipe that was broken. But this technology from 24/7 said he will try to prevent cutting the wall but he had tools to perform the repair. He went over to purchase tools simply to take care of my situation - came back with the instruments on his day done.
The alternative plumbing firm man had recommended putting in a new commode. But this technology from 24/7 figured out that the commode did not need changing. Fantastic job.
Very happy with their service. The tech came on a Saturday and again on Christmas Eve and fixed my plumbing issues.
Price wise they are the same as many other plumbing businesses.
Quick same day support to possess two toilets installed at a new house. Very easy to work with and obtained the toilets from house Depot at no excess charge.
