I advocate Plumbing. There was water all over I had James business card he made and the outside from my house broke I had. He gave a reasonable estimate to me and came as an emergency I could not refuse. Not only did he fix the matter, he was able to refer another business that can help with the repair that is entire. Before I called James I reached out to Choice Warranty to check and see whether the promise would be covered by them, but they denied my claim.
His son and james are extremely professional, courteous, and I am extremely glad that they came out while we were in desperate need. They are honest, clean as they enter houses they ensure to place covers on their shoes. Thank you!!!
When the water heater died I visited my kids and watching my baby granddaughter. They had a home warranty, but the fix was likely to take days or possibly weeks to get parts and negotiate with them. James explained each of the choices. We ended up choosing a replacement rather than taking the chance on being without hot water for a protracted period of time. Grandmas and sticky babies can be cranky! His son and james had been awesome and I highly recommend them!
I hope it was worth it J's, it cost them any upcoming business, my $45.00 I dropped, together with a contract with a guarantee company for $2467.00 I bought in good faith. Proceed but word of mouth people its safer and and less expensive. We got it repaired for $50.00
Last weekend there was that the pipe leaking in a bathroom behind a dressing table. We torn out the wall and then plugged the pipe to stop the water and the incident was over Fathers Day weekend.
I cannot think what happened with this provider. I purchased a house warranty through Choice past January for $2467 for 6 years with a $45.00 service call charge.
. We told them what had occurred and then called Choice. The agent was appalled when I informed her by ' Js employee about the catch phrase of the switch and thievery and lure con match.
I told her if that was what they were sending out to represent their company I would be cancelling my policy effective.
Our initial claim was filed by us through Choice on Saturday and they sent the plumbing of 3J out the following Tuesday. It was by far one of the encounters we have ever had with a builder. The plumber hired to critique the project came to our residence. And suggested we cover him not just the $45.00 but, another $250.00 to have him fix the leak. When he had been told"no, we've got a guarantee" he then stated he'd do it for $200.00. He had been told"No" again. He protested and said"I'm the cheapest about you wont get anyone to do it cheaper" Then he left, when he had been called one hour later to see if he was coming back he said no. Oddly he had predicted Choice and had told him that there was a"thief in our home" placing his own twist on things.
