They were affordable, courteous, punctual, and very professional. I will call them back to all of of my future plumbing needs.
Sewage started coming up through the floor drains from my basement this morning, so so I called 7-11 Plumbing. Within one hour I had two gentlemen at my door, both dressed in lettered tops, both prepared to get the job done. They said my principal line was backed up and that I needed rodding, and that tree roots were probably the difficulty... We discussed cost, I gave them the ok to get started. After they worked at it, they returned at the end of the own machine with a lot of nasty roots, and the water went . Then they rodded all the way into the street one more time simply to make sure it was clear. They recommended me to have my own primary line rodded once a year, as a maintenance, and I believe I will....that was simply horrible...

We hired Andrew to remove ceramic tile in the kitchen area of condo. He did an exceptional job! He arrived with his cousin and they worked hard - this was a difficult removal.

After two other plumbers were not able to get rid of a sewer funk in our basement, we predicted. An extra review was urged by andrew, and he had been able to identify the problem after conducting a camera. He and his team replaced a busted drainpipe under the basement floor - it was a BIG project that warranted jackhammering the concrete floor, digging under the house (inside and outside ), and then putting everything back, throughout the course of 3 days. These men did a fantastic job. . .they took a lot of care to keep the rest of the basement as clean as possible while they had been working, and everything functions and looks (and smells) great! I really appreciated they were upfront about the cost and what they could and couldn't do.

I had a (in retrospect) simple piping difficulty in a toilet. I had a consultation in a couple hours and phoned 7-11. The two men arrived promptly and took care of business straight away. On learning I do some renovations they offered a couple recommendations. And, because the call was shorter than anticipated, I had been charged less than the standard pace.

I can not say it enough in the event that you have any plumbing play these guys would be the ones to call! They come, they implement and your own saved! Voila!!
I had a major issue in my home, I called plumbers and no avail. Guess ole me! Enter 7-11 Plumbing, I talked with Andrew and he immediately managed to come to my home and assess and fix the problem! Hallelujah! Not only was Andrew sort, he was knowledgable and through also. Don't let his young look fool ya! Dude know's his pipes period! After reading the reviews, I called to schedule an emergency appointment. I had filthy water and I read reviewers with the problem had great achievement. I called and the woman disregarded my call and said they don't deal with these kind of plumbing issues.

Call themthey do large to small jobs. . .and they play good music while they operate. If you are really lucky, you're overshear some of their back-and-forth bantering and teasing: like an old bunch that enjoys and actually respects one another. Thumbs up guys. Can tell everyone I know about you!

These guys are great. . We just purchased a house that was new and had no idea. They had to replace the traces and alter a spicket along with many different items that would have cost a lot of money through anybody else. These men were realistic and quite fair regarding things and what needed to be done immediately we could wait on. I suggest if you need any kind of plumbing assistance, calling these men. Lloyd and andrew came to my house under the impression they removed only a few rocks on a Saturday afternoon. The direct contractor who hired them misled the. The job was much bigger explained to them. These men delivered large. They spent hours Sunday and Saturday to ensure that a landscaper could complete the work Mon/Tue, removing concrete. These men delivered and we agreed on the scope of work and did exactly what we asked for and desired. We recommend the company and these gentlemen.

. Two gentlemen came out to my flat ( I didn't get their titles ), and started working on the issue which was be more extensive than only a clogged drained. The sump pump to get our building actually backed up. They remained for three hours before the job has been completed and even gave my toilet a basic cleanup. They were quite plesant and very professional. I would definitely recommend their services later on.

The faucet in my guest bathroom needed replacing... I had been on a tight schedule since I had guests showing up in 2 days. So I really needed. I predicted 7-11 after calling a couple of technicians with no response. Andrew said they might come out and called me back right away! Andrew Jon showed up on time and got to work and. They were extremely courteous and professional and went over everything with me. Once they left, I noticed that the gasket under the faucet was somewhat vulnerable. I called them the very next day and they had been back in a couple of hours to my house. It turned out that it was a design flaw. Nevertheless, they made it look! Talk about customer service! These guys really went above and beyond, and that I think I found my plumbers!!!

Andrew and his cousin came into our house hook dishwasher and our waterline up in our recently remodeled kitchen, and to install a garbage disposal. We've been using and I am pleased to realize that another generation is continuing to give the same excellent service. We will continue to telephone 7-11 at the future.

Tub drain sprung a leak. Andy & Jon gave the quote and beat that on the final invoice. House with threaded cast iron pipes weren't a problem for them. Will hire them again in the future.

Attempting to get a plumber today so I called the referral line. John from 7-11 plumbers gave us a rough estimate and called and stated he'd attempt to come around 1 pm. It went on and on time- and that he never took the speech. Kept off keeping us ignoring us . I never saw such service. He called to say though he promised varied times all day 16, he had been coming. Why he called in the first place with the referral if he couldn't oblige dont get. Thanks JOHN your organization and you are awful. If we were eager to pay your rate for 18, you wasted an entire day for us. Anybody who gave 5 stars to this company have to be crazy. 7-11 shame on you personally and JOHN!!

Fantastic service. Showed up on time, completed the task, cleaned up. And nice guys to boot!
