Found this business on Google and I'm so thankful I did! I looked around for months and I couldn't find anyone who was licensed and insured for an adequate price. My toilet was in need of a serious work for your shower. The tub tub was replaced by us together with the pipes, put in a new vanity, bathroom, mirror, light fixture, and additional new feel on the wall. Also had it painted and additional new tile flooring. Overall experience was great. The man who talked to me had somebody out there as soon as the next moment and was responsive and very quick and was named Stefano. Two men had to come to do the job and were both motivated, experienced and proficient. Will 100% be doing any of my handyman work .
The worst customer support I've ever dealt with. I told the woman who answered, I needed someone to come to do an inspection. I clarified that there had been a huge leak along with the condominium was going to be responsible for the expenses in accordance with their inspection. The woman told me to deliver a photo because we are at the 21st century and they would decide what had to be achieved and bought with that. What happened to care and real customer support? I advised her that you can't determine the total amount of mould and damage within the walls. I don't think I need to tell you that I chose never to do business with this company. Also, they phoned me back 10 days that sounds crazy to me and after I hung the telephone up. Stay away from this place.
Provider, needed a closet repaired in a rental unit and Estefano was very beneficial in getting a technician in. He was able to quote me a price by means of. The job has been completed as promised they even sent a couple pics documenting the job to me. Would recommend this organization.
I contacted this company to get a lot of jobs done- extending an area of cement, repair of a porch light, replace 4 cracked tiles, replace hinges of 3 cabinet doors, and build a shed. Originally I had been quoted $950 to get a cement area of 12x4, $75 for the cupboards, $95 for the porch light, $200 for the tile job, and $300 for discard assembly. $950 for the cement appeared high, as well as $300 for the assembly that was shed as it had been a shed that was fairly easy, but we're in need of getting the work done so we proceeded. They proceeded to lay outside the place for the cement while we were at work and that I returned that evening to see that the area was no larger than 12x2.8. I contacted the supervisor to question if they'd be extending the area or reducing the cost. He proceeded to inform me that even though the quote was to get a place, it was a estimate and he would need to reevaluate the quote and increase the purchase price when he extended the area into the ft. I was in shock and after several minutes of discussion he agreed to extend the area to get the AGREED upon cost. Because we would be home during that time to grant the access into the home This Saturday, the guys came to perform on the jobs. However, they advised us they'd need to re-schedule the job for the following Saturday, and ended up laying the cement down and repairing the cement area. The following Friday comes so that I reached out to them to confirm they came and was then told that they'd decided to come the NEXT Saturday from that one. Would have been fine if they'd let me in on that conclusion... Finally, 2 Saturday's passed and they came back and work was finished. They did not replace the cabinet hinges, just why it was $75 for that, so I don't know tightened them. The cement is poor work; I could have done it myself. Luckily it is for the shed to sit down in addition to, so it is hidden. Work was good and porch light works. In general, I believe that they may be good for small jobs, but pass on projects. Overpriced and poor quality. P. S. We did the shed ourselves. So glad we didn't pay them $300 for that...
