That day, he needed a part and tried but couldn't find it. He managed to finish the task daily and tried again. Left the work area clean and task was reasonably priced. Super!

How can this company receive these great reviews all? I phoned and was told I had been calling a phone they could not hear me on (the phone number listed on yelp) and to call another mobile . They were supposed to come on Sunday and never did, received a text on Monday the appt system was down and they'd come on Tuesday and that was it for me. I showed up within a day and contacted another firm that was reliable.

Then I got a text from him saying"Are you Jewish?!" I would never use a company. Pure scum.
Told me it was $175 minimum to come out plus service plus components, and I said, sorry, but I believe as I have a pipe supporting my toilet that's too expensive. The guy then responded"IT'S NOT TOO EXPENSIVE, your property taxes are 3-7k a calendar year, which they're not. I said not interested and he continued to be rude.
I called these men based on testimonials, making me believe they're fake today, but this is!

I would, if I could give a zero to this business. I had trouble at which he couldn't hear me, calling from my telephone and he blocked me when I tried to call back. I called back from my husband phone and the guy on the other end asked me odd questions. He told me he blocked me which I thought was very unprofessional. I told him since he was rude I am not interested in his services and got the vibe that he was not good business. My hubbys telephone was texted by this person and I hung up and told me I was disrespectful. Truly, what business person does that!! Disgusting

Showed up within a couple of hours to my place and substituted the valves on under my sink! Iwould recommend to anybody and'm extremely satisfied with the service supplied by Nick!

These guys are horrible. I called ahead to schedule an appointment for if I had been in town. They supplied a 1 hour service period window. Before they showed up a person called me wanting me to pay for the support; they said they had done the job! They believed that I was the"owner" and explained that they'd already completed the work in the unit. When I explained I was the owner, that they had not come however, and that I sat in the device they immediately hung up. At 30 mins past the end of the service window that they provided I phoned and was told that the tech would be in the unit. An hour after I got the same story. An hour after that a man showed up, in street clothing with no gear, appeared at the issues, told me his history, and took some pics with his phone. He left and explained he would need to write up an order. Never came back, no telephone. I called the office who seemed perplexed; they didn't call back . These guys set the bar that was minimal for terrible service imo.

They came on time and were really effective. The bathroom was back in business and at a really reasonable price. No extra charges!
