Mark came out that I set up and completely 'd recently bought. I couldn't have been more happy with the quality of his work along with the integrity he clearly exhibited while at our home. He is my plumber for as long as I live yet when it comes to any sort of plumbing work requires that may come up. Such a great & kind man that, because of the years of expertise, can do it all & provide guidance if needed.

We called Aarts and Tims for a toilet that was running. The technician came out the day to repair. But after replacing a part that didn't address the issue - We were still charged for the service call. The issue was not fixed we had another trip by a different plumber in Tims and Aarts who stated we had to replace the entire toilet unit After we told them. This trip was charged for parts and labor. They said they gave us a discount for the call, when the issue was NOT fixed during that call, but why were we charged. Not pleased with these service fees.

As Tim's and Aarts's Plumbing supplied us support at a sensible price! They know what they're doing and are concentrated on support! My garbage disposal froze-up and they had been there to diagnose the issue the same moment, and replace the device. Jeff and john were concentrated on what we wanted and providing service in a way. They did not leave a single trace of their job and had been thoughtful. This is maybe the 5th or 6th time we've turned to them for aid and every experience has been great!

We have had them come out many times over the years. They're easy to work with, do a excellent job clearing the drains and tidy up after themselves. Don't know what else I could ask for.

I had a water softener is installed by them. I had a problem and Jeremy, the plumber, said he could not honor warranty due to numerous problems such as the location of their nearest water tower. The only remedy was for me to put an additional $2700 plus labour. I would then have put almost $5000. Truly, $5k for water softening? Also during the consultation plumber had to go searching for supplies. This time was added in to my trip charge. Because it was simply set to jump no components were added to softener. I talked to owner a few times and he too gave me the run around. How about sending me a refund check ($159) for the total paid while plumber went searching for components? I'm disappointed that this company will not make this softener issue right and will not deal with a guarantee issue. Find another plumbing company.

A Aart's many occasions have been utilized by us for many pipes requirements. Whenever they've been prompt, clean & priced quite. I will keep phoning them.

Paul, the plumber, showed up earlier than anticipated (after phoning ). Had our problem corrected in a brief while at what I thought of a fair price. I will use them again (if needed ).

We had a great experience with Mary, Lonn and Darryl . We had a new water heater and kitchen faucet and both Mary and Darryl were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions when I called to see about an appointment. Lonn was very knowledgeable and comprehensive and appeared right on time. He identified another issue while he was here (because he is so methodical ) and remained later than he expected so he could resolve that problem for us as well. In addition, he made sure before he left that the area was clean. I will certainly call Tim's Plumbing for our following job - no hesitation in any way.
