Alex is the reason we'll use Electrical and Able Plumbing . This man deserves a raise as well as business recognition. We were not able to utilize either of our bathrooms or showers and returned home in Labor Day weekend to plumbing difficulties. Before our pipes were clean alex came over after hours and remained for two hours. At one point Alex told us that was a two man job. Alex might have gone home for the night, had dinner, enjoyed and advised us an appointment for the next day, but instead he remained to help and called after hours, Tate, in another technician to come help us. I was pleasantly and gracious surprised by how willing until our plumbing was a problem, both Tate and Alex were to stay. Both men were nothing but polite and worked and respectful during the job. I am so appreciative for dedication and the work yesterday both men demonstrated.
Alex walked to remedy any of our plumbing problems in the future before he left. He was knowledgeable and informative. The cost of our service was fair and I will without a doubt use Alex's and Able solutions in the future.

These men rescued us from a toilet fiasco someone had created-you know and came out. . .the friend of a friend that said they can. . .but couldn't and didn't and made it worse. They were quick, friendly and professional. They charged a hundred dollars less than the lowest bid we'd received! I'd send! All around great experience.

*** Owner called after submitting and made it right. Do not come with a"no, you're wrong" attitude like a while. Which means he has integrity and not a great deal of folks do these days. Will use again but will ask for his very best tech .
Called an electrician to come out and fix a kitchen and bedroom lighting. Both wouldn't come on out of nowhere. Tech determined that it was the dimmer light switch in the bedroom and came out. Didn't have a replacement component, set up an old reverse switch but then said he would"show me how to set up a dimmer myself" if I wished to. I didn't employ a tutor. The ballast afterward went out. All the while doing so, he had been trying to do was get me to purchase LED fixtures. Be sure to have the proper equipment and tools to do this rather than try and sell the consumer something he does not want the whole time you're working if you're planning to roll out to perform a job. I'm not bothering calling back to try fix this since if this is your amount of support, I would hate to see your secondary and to have them come out.

Tom V. was amazing!! He gave me several quotes on various projects and patiently answered all of my queries. Able gives peace of mind to me and Tom went over and beyond what he had to do. He will be requested by me again in the future.

Quick and great service for both electrical and pipes. Replacement sink, plumbing faucet and garbage disposal. Kyle did the estimate and the work. Electrical wiring was installed his apprentice and by Duane to spend the disposal. They offered various options and even were willing to mention potential concerns other than what I known for (without the pressure to employ them to correct ). They were quite good with communicating. I have beliefs they did a very quality occupation with quality parts.

I'm giving star because I thought they were way over priced. I found two individuals who lent of the price for the job and phoned around. ‍

Highly recommend! Dwain & Dan replaced are main box, ran cable for the stove, added sub-par, dedicated 30 amp for Hybrid heater, cleaned up wires at the breaker box, had some neutral & ground running together...3 days of work, inspected & permitted! Thanks for expert experience!!! & a great

He did not try and request a charge for his or her advise. I feel that a lot businesses would not have been generous.
If I do need a plumber to come fix my problem, it will be Able Plumbing.
My house began getting a clunking sound in a wall and was worried that there may be serious problems.
I was ready to pay to have Able Plumbing assess the circumstance and come by. I phoned and was told I'd find a call back. In less than 5 minutes Bryan spend 20-30 minutes on the phone with me explaining what the problem might be and answers and known as. Sounds like I could fix it myself.

After that day, the washing machine overflowed. Some man was sent by them out, who said our drain was clogged. He said it had been only a coincidence that it occurred the same day, and gave us something to pour down there every so often. He abandoned without offering to help clean up the laundry room floor that is flooded was condescending to my wife. Maybe it was not his job, but for the 7000 + which we gave ABLE a few hours earlier, you would think that it would be great customer service to help out. And maybe it was a coincidence that it backed up that day. There is no way to say for certain, but it certainly appears to be a stretch to me that their job had nothing to do with it.
ABLE did a little work for us 4 months past. Every time I see an ad for these or one of their trucks, although it seems somewhat strange to write an overview this long afterward, I get mad so I want to speak my own mind. For I'd love to give them 5 stars. ABLE came to provide a quote about conducting a gas line. They were a little costly but I felt great about paying for quality work. I asked out of curiosity how much it would cost to do PEX during our 2,000 square foot house while they were here. The quotation was reasonable so I ended up using them do it. They completed both projects and came back the next day. At the time I felt they did a fantastic job, along with my wife left very positive review, a 5 star. Kyle was our man and he had been really good to us. Then the fun began.
Bottom line plumber but only an total bad experience for me personally.
This ought to have been the conclusion of our installations with this company, but we lost all water pressure in our residence. We called out them and Kyle decided he thought it was our nicely. He was very considerate and sympathetic. I just really wish he would have said earlier on that we ought to call an expert and that he had been in over his mind. That is what he told us, but not until later we'd forked over a 1600 bucks. He had it repaired and charged me $139, when I got a nicely man to come check out our stress difficulties.

The electricians do job that is good, but way over priced they back tracked on their original quotation. And on the receipt you will find things that I didn't the electrician, such as calling PG&E to set up a time to receive the reconnect service. I am very disappointed in this company.

Called on a Sunday night to get an emergency service around 9:30 and was connected to a lady who shot our advice down. She let us know that we would be contacted"soon" by the plumber once he was on his way. Called again had not heard anything after an hour we. Beyond 10:30 it was Now and have our toilets fixed and we just wanted to go to bed. After speaking to that I assume was the lady, she seemed annoyed and said she'd try him. That was it. Another 30 minutes went by and no word. Long story short check that we were helped or they even bothered to call back. Horrible communicating that is even worse and customer service. Definitely won't be calling or using later on.

The pilot light is my water heater. My Landord's have consistently used Able Plumbing. I can see why. Same-day appointment, (I thought I'd be without warm water since the 4th of July was the next day)! Bryan B. and his helper Brad were exceptionally courteous, and polite. They explained what choices were available. They had to run the pricing and I expected them to leave and come back. Surprisingly , they carry components, etc. on their truck, including fresh water heaters! They advised me of what they do and how to operate the alarm if it ever went outside and replaced the water heater! Thanks for Bryan B. and Brad for friendliness and the service!

His Nathan along with bryan B did a fantastic job of mending our bathroom this day. An object cloged it. Bryan worked hard to help achieve the most cost effective solution and offered clear explanations. Nevertheless, the only down side was the that the ceremony was a bit expensive. It turned into a premium excellent work with service.

I awakened to the sound of water if there shouldn't have been any such sound! I searched indoors and outside and eventually found that a source valve to my sprinkler system had essentially fallen apart. I phoned Able Plumbing and the very nice office personnel assured me that they'd have someone. Bryan B. was the plumber that showed up and he was on time. He devised a plan for fixing it and quickly came with a truck full of parts! Bryan was quick and thorough and that I had my own water back on. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I will certainly call Able time I have a problem.

Was assured we would get a call back to schedule service, but their time is more important than ours... When I called back in the end of the time window maintained was told"we'll try for tomorrow"... Thank you for wasting my day off waiting for you!

Bryan B was courteous, knowledgeable, and committed. My renter called telling me CalWater discovered a spike in water usage. My wife called Competent Pipes. He was.
He gave us our options: a replacement or patch and spotted the main line flow. The home was constructed in 1896. The plumbing arrived sometime 20th Century. It was time. Bryan worked on replacing all the pipes in the floor down. My tenant gets water back the same day and I don't need to worry about galvanize pipes .
We look forward to having him work on our residence in a few weeks.

My house lost power the tech repaired the problem and told us exactly what we need to do to stop it from occurring again. He also gave us a reasonable quote on those future repairs:-)

Sorry to write a review but I was charged $349 for a simple ceiling fan installation. My choice was cover the $49 estimate and call someone else or pay the cost. Since it was a rental property and our renter was about to move in, we decided to move ahead and pay the cost. The technicians were very fine - I think $349.
11/3/15 Tom (proprietor ) contacted me personally and reimbursed me for a huge portion of what I had paid. I am satisfied that I paid a reasonable price and the work they did was excellent. I truly appreciate being contacted by the owner and making this right! . . .DC
