Life is full and it's businesses such as Accurate Plumbing Doctors who maintain those small inconveniences, from getting stressful time consuming ordeals. They have my full support and I'm very relieved to know that they are there, while I expect I will not need them.
So this morning, around 8:30am I phoned Accurate Plumbing Doctors and they were in my home nicely within an HOUR. And following an exhaustive check of the water heater, I had been reassured that although there was an unfixable component (he was far more specialized than that, but my mind does not do"technical" well, so he also dumbed down it very discretely for me personally ) the unit was under guarantee, and he very patiently guided me through the steps to have it repaired under warranty and that I had hot water again by 3pm.
Helpful, friendly, dependable, and Trustworthy.
But very soon after the faucet was installed, the hot water pressure from that faucet dropped in half. Felix came back out and following a little detective work decided a valve had disintegrated, bits of which went into the faucet and blocked the flow. Felix was out here for more than an hour cleaning the bits out and substituting the valve.
Fast forward a year or two to continue night when my husband realized, as we were preparing for bed, that the water was not hot, and we immediately discovered that the pilot light on the water heater was outside again, and after all of the instructions on the unit and the manual didn't help.
They didn't even charge me the cost of the valve and nothing for your labour.
Update 11/2018 2 years later we are managing different people (Igor on the phone and Felix in my house) and review stays a powerful five stars... kinda wishing I could add one more.

I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a plumber will trust. We had a new water heater. We went and made a buying decision.
We had a kitchen faucet. Felix decided we had a new faucet and came out. We purchased a faucet, Felix installed it for agreed upon cost and we were glad (additional kudos to Felix for persevering through the roof building in my home that made it really difficult to get here).
Despite the fact that the gentleman from Accurate Plumbing Doctors spent a fantastic period of time specifying the issue and guiding me he would not charge me.

I've an old 1970s-era toilet that wouldn't flush right(I had to maintain physically filling its own water cabinet with 2 bits of water then flush the toilet manually)! I called these guys up, talked with Igor, who subsequently booked my appointment to possess among his people (Felix) to come over the Wednesday following the Easter holiday weekend to fix my toilet. Felix did just that in about 45 minutes! He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Plus, he said the job is guaranteed for 6 months! So my toilet fixes normally and I'll need to locate a new arms workout to replace my toilet water one!

My relationship with Accurate Plumbing Doctor began 3 days later we moved to Palatine at 2016. We needed a new sewer pipe because of a tree root. I met with Igor and Jason and their crew. What a fantastic group of guys and since then I have had them come out to perform some things here and there. I am so sorry I took this much time to write a review! Fast forward to having family over for a cookout and the kitchen sink is clogged. Igor cleared up it before our guests arrived and came . I won't ever use another plumber provided that we live in Palatine!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

When our storm backed up sewage water to our laundry 15, our problem began. That night, we called David and he managed to come to our house the next morning. Diagnosed since we are return clients and the problem, he gave us a quote. The work began the following Monday morning and true to his word, the last invoice was what was we had been quoted. He and Jason were washed up beautifully when they had been completed and educated.

Where to start... My basement flooded a few weeks back following a heavy rain (in January...). Turned out my primary sanitary line to the road was clogged and cause the drain tiles to fill up using ground water and then my cellar to fill up also... I phoned Accurate Plumbing Doctors and they shipped me David. David proceeds to pole camera and out inspect my lineup and find I had a massive tree root invasion and possibly a collapsed pipe... They ended up having to install a clean outside in my front lawn which included an excavator and about 2 days worth of work.
Cost me a lot of money, however it was more economical than other quotes they cleaned up their mess and David and his men were fast, polite, I received, and permanently repaired my plumbing issue.
I've had to call them 3 times since I bought this house and they've been quick to respond (once the exact same night and double another day), moderately priced, and very professional.
I strongly recommend them . Call them and ask for David!

Had a broken wax seal in my bathroom and they came good and in fixed it. No more escape. Could give a 5 star rating but it was expensive is something I would rather not do.

Quality. I called and they came out. Helped me to keep my water heater out of creating more leakage in my basement. Dissected the problem. Recommended.

I thought I known to have somebody come out and fix it also had a check valve problem with my sump pump. Jason arrived punctually and proceeded to inform me that the check valve was fine and didn't need to be replaced. The problem actually came from the outlet pipe. I didn't have any work done but needed to liven Jason. If need be later on, I will be using their services.

Well, 3 months later, we're having troubles with the same bathroom sink draining properly, and when I called, they said they only guarantee their work for 30 days and that I would have to pay $175 that moment. Well, I did my study, and that I learned that other businesses in the area charge between $50-$100 to the rodding procedure I paid $250 to AND they guarantee their work for 1-3 decades! And the BBB accredits also the businesses, and a few even offer free estimates. Not only did we get swindled by this business the first time, they went to do it again even though we would have been returning clients. We went everywhere, and according to their customer support, I recommend you do exactly the same.
Our problem all started when my husband and noticed neither one of our bathtubs and I showered in the same time in baths was draining. Much like our guest bathroom sink. Jason, the plumber who showed up, came thing in 8am and started to power rod our plumbing that we can use both our showers and sinks. This took approximately 90 minutes and cost us money.

Called him the 2nd had a pipe under my kitchen sink. Igor came over and fixed it straight away. Stayed 15 more minutes checking if it is going to flow. Very nice guy and dependable stands behind his job. Definitely suggest it is not overpriced with a great deal of reviews from Schaumburg like some of those guys. Thank you.

I am quite lucky to have stumbled
upon this particular service. They deserve the superb 5-star rating! I predicted early
this morning around 7am and I had been quickly provided a scheduled appointment. The
service technician arrived punctually. Then he researched the area with diagnosis and a quote. I expected to pay about 500 bucks for
the item but to my surprise the charge was way below.
WOW, I like that!

Wonderful work! Had grease clogging the sink and they managed to stick out it and have it repaired within half an hour. Showed up on time and so were professional. Good cost and charged than another plumber from Arlington Heights! Only cost 175 for this

When Accurate Plumbing Doctors came to my bachelors pad to replace my hot water heater, I was happy with the service. The plumber that the company delivered was very professional and well trained and that he was able to address all my questions. He asked me if I understood what he told me and would pause. He made certain he washed up, Once he was done with his job. Fantastic job!

Excellent. Thought I had a laundry drain in this record cold spell. Turned out to be a horrible clog that has been fixed with power rodding. I phoned in my home at 4:00, a serviceman was at 3:30, it had been repaired by 5:00. Courteous, friendly, and quite great job. Highly recommended!

Igor and Matt, so quick, responsive, honest, takes time to explain, clean, fantastic service, fair price, approved their voucher gladly (some others wasn't gracefull when presented using a coupon or reduction request). I urge them and will use them. Very satisfied client.

This is a revision to my evaluation of 1 star. After promising to repair their setup mistake, I did not hear back from them for more than a month even though I left 2-3 messages every day to them. He left and had been hospitalized his business to an employee to run through his recovery. But, his employee didn't follow through. The proprietor fixed the setup mistake and will also pay to have a new drywall installed in our powder room. I upgraded the evaluation because he fixed the issue as promised and came to apologize.

Igor and his partner did a great job of caring for our problem at a timely and cost matter. They were kind enough to accomodate our schedule and come in a time during the night that worked best for us (like we did not miss work). Our plumbing job isn't finished, but we are going to use these men to finish it because of the personability, cost and care.
