Super helpful and polite person answered the phone, providing advice, saving me an unnecessary service call. It is good to know I've been recommending a business for years, since they were so helpful in the past. 5 stars!

Told problem $105. Turned out Guerneville is in the $235 zone. Over gap! The following day, needed to call manufacturer tech support since they were shut and could return. No more show/no call. Ended up using a fix.

Called five times over the time of a week so I could do my insurance case. They'll keep saying they will do it but don't. After affirming it, they promised to have had the email. Ended up paying nearly $2300 for a water heater replacement. $2300!!! Insurance will not cover it as they told my insurance it was a faulty installation despite previous inspections by USAA and PG&E. No means of knowing because they have the water heater. Non-responsive to my emails and I recommend you visit Roto Rooter or Ongaro & Sons.

Until the project was finished!! brandon left We have been without gas ( heat and hot water) for four times today. The gas escapes person was discovering eight escapes that Brandon fixed competently and here. Suddenly he said he needed to go to some other job about afternoon and we could not locate another emergency plumber. The leak detector had identified escapes to fix. We are senior citizens at a cold house with no heat without a plumber!! The gas won't turn back until all leaks are fixed! This is January!
Previously Action was advocated by us to all our friends and have employed them times. This is no longer true.
How do they take a job and then abandon the client? Were we to locate a plumber on Friday night?
Action turned into NO ACTION!!

Called Action and had a clogged sink, found them on Yelp. They were speedy and ready to visit the house. They quoted $170 but I ended up paying $130. The man was in repairing the obstructed drain super fast! Great service! I was able to take advantage of this yelp discount!
Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

I had a serious clog in my sewer line and Action pipes saved! The owner came out himself and worked tirelessly to find the clog. Will use this company again to re-plumb my messed plumbing up (done by a former"plumber) and will use for a ton of different projects. Thank you a lot for its expedient and excellent service.

We had a leak from the upstairs going into a downstairs bedroom.... I was able to acquire the technicians out quickly... they identified the problem and got it fixed! They were very nice and Courteous. I highly recommend these guys

Just had a terrific encounter with Mr. Whitehorse. He provided good advise and came out quoted me . Well worth the $75. I can tell he values an honest standing and has a great deal of experience. I would recommend this organization and especially Mr. Whitehorse (aka The Indian) any time.

James should put off the crack pipe. Our newly installed pipes is leaking. Action didnt respond to repair it. . .had to employ a different plumber to repair the mess Action plumbing made!

From my first call to the provider, the plumber Brandon along with the office staff were considerate available on time and in my program! I'll never call another plumber!!

Action've be used by us twice as we will use them again and moved into a new house. Very whereas me might have billed for unnecessary repairs and honest told me they were not needed. They had been timely and their job was flawless. Both times Robert came out and he would be highly recommended by us.

The most impressive part of their service is that they really have saved me money; Other stores could have substituted my heater or leaky faucet (as I would have DIY) in which Action mended them with only labour and parts.
The plumbing and heating company I'll call or recommend. Over the years and two houses Action has redone our waste outlines for a toilet and the kitchen, installed a toilet fan, resurrected a heater, installed a kitchen sink and fresh designer faucet, plumbed a clawfoot tub and two shower-tubs, as well as repairing a leaky faucet or two.

I also have used Action Plumbing 3X and each time and have a number of rental properties they were EZ to operate with. You need businesses that come, then will return to you shortly with bids do the work in a timely manner when you have rentals. April in the office is great to answer inquiries and schedule with, and Brandon who installed my own water heaters on 3 different occasions in 3 different rentals was simple to work with, showed up on time, and did a great job. My go to pipes place.

Action Plumbing: added a few fix-its over the phone with pictures of shower valves and such and Had Brandon out to reveal him a few job. He said he could probably come back after which we advised Tuesday the following week. Got a call on Monday as he was the only one there, he could not come out. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday and was guaranteed a"priority" appointment. Well today is Tuesday and I phoned them to see what time he came out. The gal did not know who I was and that I needed to spell my name for her, she said she'd check with Brandon and call me back and had no record of a scheduled appointment. 20 minutes later she phoned to tell me that Brandon wasn't coming out since it rain. My reply was that I had 3 small projects in the house, (one was on the roof). If he had gone out to a different job after I had been prioritized by them for now, I inquired. She said nothat Brandon sat there. I inquired why he was not sitting here and I wanted to talk with him. She explained we would need to reschedule. I thanked her for a half my time and wasting a week and to please let Brandon know we would not be rescheduling.

I had a brand new AC installed last summer. It worked for one. I been waiting a week for them to send out a tech as nonstop was running all week and won't cool the house below 80 levels. My residence is 750 SQ feet therefore that it should not take much. They would like to charge me to look at it and have been incredibly rude. I HIGHLY recommend not using Action plumbing and Uintah fireplace! Horrlible provider, horrible communicating and high deficiency of information on their goods. Only a lot of sales people.

My house guests will be cozy and warm and I am quite grateful. You have a customer for life!
I had been in a panicked situation with a house full of people without water heater! April was delightful. She was reassuring and calming and allow me to know all would be for your weekend. Both gentlemen she delivered to my house were tidy, pleasant and did exactly what they said they'd do.

They're a multi-service firm that I'll call again for any heating sewer, etc problem.
James came just after noon and did not leave until 6:30 that evening. Around 5:00 pm he said he would not leave us before it was solved! Not an easy fix, but he stuck with it.
Action Plumbing in Santa Rosa responded on Presidents' Day to push to Bodega Bay to unstop our sewer line which blocked up a shower, a bathtub, and 2 bathrooms spontaneously after no previous issues or warning.
Ethics company, competent and quite professional, and highly responsive.

I can not suggest this company highly enough (seems odd to gush about a plumber:--RRB- We had a flow in our main water line caused by tree roots 5 inches pushing against the water line. We had several estimates at the cost Action gave in their free estimate. They gave us a"not-to-exceed" price plus a bottom cost and arrived in considerably closer to the lower cost.
Ricky, both James and assistant, worked hard and steadily. Dirt was replaced, when they were completed, landscape stone replaced and you could tell they had been there. All their workers were efficient, friendly and easy to take care of.
The job involved lots of manual labour - digging to gain access to the roots and water line- and then cutting out a piece of the root in several areas to address the issue (the root was too large to remove the whole thing). James took it down and attacked the tree roots when it proved difficult sawing at the root using a Sawzall! After that was completed, they immediately replaced the pipe.

What a great beginning... After several calls for plumbing company's that only provided following day assist, Action Plumbing came (thanks Gene) and stated in 2hrs because of my infirmed situation (medical issues) he promised somebody now. Action lives up to it's name. I'll update after Repairs. What is amazing is I did not request any of the Companies for same day service but Action suggested it knowing my needs... that is Service and compassion.
