I was not too convinced so I decided to call around to various companies for quotations the time my heat pump has been serviced. Some were a few just sounded incompetent. Air Plumbing & Heating were NEITHER of those two so I scheduled with them and wish I had done it.
My service tech Bobby went and came over every step he played. He also quoted me installing air dampers (which I requested) and also seems like a sensible price.
Happy to do business with this company.
Buyer beware. Unit leaked causing damage unit discharged out all coolant - 2 X! Each visit (roughly every other year because unit was set up ) cost hundreds. The visit now cost over $700! I told the tech to have the workplace contact me as this unit seemed to be problematic and expensive. We've got 3 other units which haven't had any difficulties. The tech told me that is exactly what I should expect because the device is a"piece of crap" and Air, Plumbing & Heating does not sell it anymore. A little annoys me and I told the customer services. He seemed to be amused by this so that I let him know I'd be posting my own expertise. He advised me to"go for it". Until you do business please consider the absence of ethics in addition to customer service.
I just wish to say the gentleman came out on time and gave me my free quote. He was very fair and told me the exact same thing BGE house told me and I'm extremely satisfied.
The reason I asked out them at the first place was to obtain an estimate for the hot water heater;I wished to replace mines. Following my quote I satisfied with my decision.

Very very good man and nice also. Called about 25 minutes before he showed up. (Bad Cap from the exterior unit, supposedly a common matter.) I probably should have googled it to save the price and hassle and mended my AC its all good, although I had. Now I know how to repair it in case this occurs again (that is a easy fix). Did a tuneup my systems on both because he had been there and he also answered. Learned a lot.
The identification would have been 89, but I went ahead and only paid the 179 to substitute the capacitor (that is about a 10 part, lol. . .should have guessed) so he could inspect the rest of the unit. Had a 25 off 125 voucher on the website, which left the sting on the capacitor hurt a bit less.
Regardless of the small cost caked (to be expected IMHO), if I run into something that I can't mend next time, I will call up this company to check out my Heating or AC problems.

After seeking a Few Estimates I decided to go with Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions LLC. I felt like that the sales representative was being very careful to ensure I got the solution that was appropriate for me and was very honest. After another overview of my existing unit I went with a full replacement Lennox system and I am very happy with it. The air supply in my city home is much better than it was with my previous unit. The company was really respectful. I would recommend this company.
Charlie is a true professional. I highly recommend him! He fixed my furnace and was quite patient.
I would never use these guys . We used to live at a very upscale residence, which appeared to lure home service providers to jack up costs. Over time we noticed this firm got more competitive on pricing, but we went along with this because they had been dependable and responsive. However, we noticed we discovered they inflated our cost on these and were able to do google searches for expensive parts sold to us. Moreover, we discovered our units were needing service in a brief period of the trip. This occurred so frequently we began to suspect sabotage. At the very least if we're wrong in this accusation, we would expect a company intimately knowledgeable about the system to assess choices with the replacement decision, they did not. This company sold us a range of pieces of gear and we wound up with an incredibly Rube Goldberg situation. We detected house calls, when we switched to a different 4/5 star supplier.
Keith P. has been supplying us with friendly, professional & specialist service for approximately 4 decades now. We've been utilizing Air, Plumbing & Heating since we bought a home. They service it two times a year to keep it. One additional service we tried told us repairs weren't worth it tried to sell us a new unit. So glad we went back to Air Plumbing & Heating instead - when we have had to replace parts we receive an exact quote.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
We called a firm, they came out and fixed all of the escapes that air plumbing solutions made. Tested the whole system and billed $200 and said that we don't need a new system and that the air and plumbing solutions firm that was there before them broke the joints.
Air plumbing & heating solutions is the business we have ever came across.
Had BGE come out and discovered 1 gas leak. Air plumbing and heating firm came out and billed $280 to repair it. We smelled gas, Once they left. BGE was predicted by us and they discovered 4 leaks. The plumber came straight out and said it was like this before and that we need a new system, when I reality it was the plumber that broke out trying to correct. We predicted the company multiple times and they said they would send an estimator out to provide a cost for redoing the whole system. Refused to fix what they broke and refused to refund the money.
I had a issue with a shutoff valve under the kitchen sink. I predicted at 8:30AM, and the technician had the repairs done by 9:42AM. Cheap as technicians go, significantly less than I expected. All costs were quoted to me so that I knew exactly what to expect. I know who to call if I ever require a plumber .
I've been a customer for five decades. I have been nothing but thrilled with them and use them. They are constantly available and the communication with them has been fantastic. When they say they will and they are nothing but adapting, they call. I would highly suggest them. Their support technicians are friendly and extremely experienced and willing to explain any issues in ways you can actually understand. I haven't had a bad experience! They are very affordable and wonderful.
