Had a drain clog that cause a spill. Really wanted to get it sorted out before Monday's beginning. Called All Clear. Infinity answered on the second ring was named by A young woman. She advised she could have someone within the hour to assist us and I explained my situation would call us if they were on their way to us. Both things happened. The plumber Fred showed up. Asked what the problem was got right to it.

His snake broke loose Regrettably since he snaked our line and got stuck in the pipe. He could have called it quits after 2hrs of attempting eliminate it, but rather he worked on it and finally got it loose.
When I first talked to Billy, I noticed I believed that I was going to receive the service and he was knowledgeable. He identified that the matter straight away and arrived in and advised that he would finish the job. I never heard from Billy until I followed up with Billy, and he informed that my service firm wasn't likely to pay for the job. I told Billy that I was amazed that he didn't contact me to comply with the service since I had paid him a service fee and that I was unaware of the outcome together with my service firm. I also requested to schedule an appointment. Billy hesitated giving me an appointment. I explained that I expected that I'd be pleased with his firm and his services and I was. Billy told me because I was disappointed with his solutions, that he would not provide services. I was flabbergasted. The easy facts are that the vital features that distinguishes one company from another is your customer service. This is clearly not the type of business that you need to employ for your home or business services.
Outstanding service and performed by experienced and friendly techs, and workmanship which was easy to schedule with a fast deadline to do the work. We had All Clear out to upgrade and update our plumbing design in our laundry room and we're thrilled with the result. Such a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
All Clear was called by me on a Monday day and someone arrived at my home within 10 minutes for a free estimate. I decided to let them replace my water heater. Their cost was ordinary, and they explained no hidden fees and the fees. They have been done in a few hours. Their job was efficient. Got a new Rheem Professional water heater installed same day telephone within an hour or two. Great & fast support!
I have had service from them before and they are great. Today Ivan delivered over Charlie to substitute my kitchen faucet. Charlie explained to my Wife and I and came the cost to provide and install a tap and the cost to install. After Charlie explained everything, I will state that they are advantages to having ALL CLEAR provide the parts one would need. Anyway, Charlie set up our kitchen faucet was in order before he left. Most important, he is a skilled and a gentleman who gave also the necessity of everything needed to be done and also pricing to us. So as to secure more money he didn't attempt and exaggerate anything. We WILL call ALL CLEAR for service appointments. Thank you ALL CLEAR and Thank you Charlie.

Gary came out when we had a puddle in our basement. I had been concerned that water wasn't making it to the sump pit for a few reason. After determining it must have been a flow from a classic & faulty dehumidifier unit, he did not charge me a penny!
When I call on the phone, their dispatchers are knowledgeable and kind.
We have a long history with Clear -- Gary replaced our failed sump pump and added a pump for extra security, and more recently set up the line to the ice maker in our fridge. Wilson's been very helpful, skillful and courteous as well and also been out on several occasions.
A big thanks go out to Katie, Joey and Ivan for performing some work that is stellar. We had a water tank"tank" at a rental of ours and over 45 minutes that they were there performing an appraisal. Within a couple of hours, a water tank was installed. The response time with this company was amazing and also the communication during the entire day was topnotch. Additionally, they were super professional and friendly. I got one quote, no hidden costs or surprise charges attached. I was really very impressed. I will go to them first with any plumbing needs from the Belleville area. All Clear, strong operate!
He was here in an hour to get our radiators open and functioning. 2 radiators had blocked pressure and he got the air so the steam/ hot water can leak correctly. Quick service, friendly! Very knowledgable and I would strongly recommend! I called 3 additional plumbing services and not one showed up! ALL CLEAR to the rescue! Reasonable price as well! Would telephone them in a heartbeat should I ever need a plumber ! Our residence is now warm and cozy! I'll also add that the secretary, Theresa, is HELPFUL AND SUPER NICE ! All around great customer support!
Wasn't pleased with the job, they mend the leak under the sink but awakened something in the procedure. Never call them back I'll just move on to someone else.
Mike arrived on time in 1.5 hours of call. Cleared and fixed what needed to be repaired. Reasonable cost. I recommend all clear. So Far as plumbers go they are OK

All Clear is an wonderful company!! I am a new homeowner. I'm BEYOND happy with them! Fred is a life saver!!! We had leaks in our plumbing to our boiler which he replaced since they were not even the appropriate pipes that were supposed to be there (he advised me all about). . And our boiler was broken and leaking and that he replaced the week that he came to look at it! My husband and I will not call anybody else!
Extremely delighted with the quick, professional service. Priced very fairly, too. They came in a crisis when our customary plumber has been inaccessible on a Sunday. The receptionist was extremely helpful and devoted to our situation over the telephone. Fred came out on a Sunday to evaluate the issue and lent us a price for a major job. Wilson came out two weeks to complete the job. Both plumbers were fantastic.
I've been using All Clear for decades. The service is always excellent. It's always best to know that they are just a phone call away. I recently had a water heater start and Wilson and Ivan were to alter my water heater. They took care of everything including the licenses and did it with a grin and followed up on their job with phone calls to keep me updated.
My experience with this company was A++! I had a significant plumbing dilemma in my bathroom and they could repair it. They had so my carpeting did not become dirty little booties to wear over their shoes and even were very professional! Their customer service was impeccable although their pricing was not only the very best in the region. They gave me a follow up call two weeks to make sure everything was running fine.
