All Ways Drains

Family owned business. Found All Ways Drains near our home. They shipped out Tony and Austin to operate on our plumbing problem. They came with excellent can-do attitudes, explained exactly what they needed to do, obtained the necessary parts and were completed and out in under two hours. Problem fixed! This company will be taking care of of my future plumbing needs.

The person remained until 8pm and does not show up till 4:45. I paid 2.5 hours of overtime because he went to Menards twice to pick up supplies. HOWEVER, while he picked up a new faucet for me, he had the luxury then get gas for his truck and to buy a 55 inch TV, all the while on the clock and that I had been paying for the time. When I mentioned why it took so long to get to the shop, he disclosed the television and petrol. I was angry but at 7:30pm I simply wanted the repair done and get him since I had to be. Plus I had been uncomfortable contesting the charges since he had been a stranger in my property. Obviously that I will not be using this company again.
My property management advocated All Ways Drains therefore that I trusted their guidance. I am a dissatisfied customer. I predicted to maneuver the time 1-3pm as I had been behind schedule. They happily agreed as they had been"very active". I thought no problem it's a win-win.

I called I was not impressed, Though they could come out. I had a kitchen sink clogged. They did not get anywhere and snaked it originally with a snake that was bigger. A snake then attempted and ended up dividing the pipe that led to a wreck in my cellar. They offered to get a plumber out day since it was after 4 pm, but overtime rates would employ now. They also did not dismiss the snaking charge. I thought it'd have been a wonderful gesture to at least give some sort of a discount because of it. I could possibly pay overtime rates to have them fix the pipe that they broke or move elsewhere. I went everywhere.

When the temperature dropped below zero to have a crisis like that my basement flooded. Despite the fact that it was occupied, All Ways Drains managed to send a couple technicians outside in a short time. Both were quite professional, but friendly and easy to talk to. They knew their stuff, plus they had the entire job cared for in just a few hours. The work just ended up costing me a hundred, although I was prepared to drop a few thousand dollars on the repairs. I truly can't recommend these guys enough. I'll definitely be calling on them if (God forbid) anything comes up later on.

Edited to say that my lesson here would be to get quotations in writing and for them to be clear about billing upfront. Wes called and did adjust the cost. He was type and considerate which was appreciated. My rating changed
I was quoted a price by telephone. Me charged for work that required much less than the time necessary for the job. They then called the following week made a message saying that they would charge the more fee and that they were sorry they misquoted me and they originally confirmed that the price was correct although I called to contest this.

Our service man Nathan obtained here extra fast, recognized our drain problem, and cleared it immediately. He made sure that the problem was fixed and then made sure our home was cleaner than when he first arrived. Excellent experience.

We had. We had a leak that may be stopped if we turned into the major water line off. We didn't wish to be without water for the evening. Our condominium association could not get one of our plumbers and suggested All Ways. They came out. Wes was efficient and very professional. Though he had to remove our garbage disposal to get to the valve, he left us with a full water service, replaced the valve, set back the disposal in place and did it quickly. The charge was rather reasonable for a late night, weekend plumbing call. I would recommend the company and will use them when additional plumbing problems arise.
