For $75 and so expected about a $200 quote or more for the hour of work quote was 600 - but other issues
All things that were good, they got the problem wrong but came out.

I've had to call Allstar for emergency service to clear pipes at an old house, and sometimes they responded immediately and with reasonable prices. Larry went over and beyond to help us out, and thoroughly explained remedies, the causes of the issue, and everything that he did. I would advise Allstar for almost any job, large or small.
On Saturday the Estimator never called and it had been : 11:30 a.m.. So I phoned All Star Plumbing and has been advised the Estimator was on his way and could arrive in 20 minutes. That the Estimator never showed-up - so I needed to phone and I cancelled the Estimate.
The scheduler from All Star Plumbing told us that the Estimator would phone us at 11:00 pm and allow us know he was on his way or running late...
This is not a professional way! Also customer support!!!
I had been at work when my daughter summoned me to suggest that there was no water and on checking the tank she noticed water. I immediately rang Allstar Plumbing whom I'd used before. The serviceman was quick to provide me a cost that is competitive and with delivery and installation, I had a fresh water system by evening on precisely the same day. That was Licensed and excellent by Allstar Plumbing and staff I have no hesitation in recommending Allstar Plumbing for any plumbing works.
Was iffy about using this company at first, but after speaking to the supervisor Fred I was my options to my plumbing problem and Lowe budget, and assets together with the very best guidance. . I be drift in waste, if it was not for this company. They deserve every celebrity!!
Julio and replaced our two toilets and Ricardo responded, a bathroom sink and installed a garbage disposal that is brand new in one morning/afternoon. Steve at Allstar was great at confirming and reconfirming our needs and support was prompt. Perhaps not the cheapest but the technicians were clean, considerate and understood their job.
Horrible support! Can give 0 stars if I could.

I like to thank Julio H for his excellent service. He was individual and skillful to repair my backyard pressure gauge.

UPDATE: Steve out of Allstar Plumbing contacted me to make matters right. We negotiated an refund, which was instantly received, so my review was altered to 2 from 1 star.
All this might have been avoided, had the repair been billed to start with.
They were pleasant people! My brother had some injuries and dropped off a bike, they drove in their trucks, they pulled over and helped treat him with their first aid kit. Can not be more thankful!! :-RRB- :)
I would strongly recommend their staff and this organization. My suggestion is they put all their forms online for signatures. People are active and this could make matters more streamline etc..
Exactly the exact same day, jamin came out while I was on vacation, and also my water heater was replaced. He was thorough and professional. Until I was satisfied, I did not have to pay the balance and he answered all my questions.
Produced an appointment and Noone showed up. Called them they stated that I never advised???? And Kevin in the front desk asked me if I was dreaming... interesting
This isn't event deserved by them.
This corporation shouldn't be recorded on any FIVE providers list. The service has been HORRENDOUS!!! Sergio and Steve are both out of touch with reality and don't know what customer service is. They've zero professionalism and from my experience together it's clear this area is run by a bunch of people.
I don't write yelp testimonials unless I am absolutely blown away by something but this time this review is to help customers to understand that they need to certainly avoid doing business with these men.
Can someone please tell me who's responsible for the green publication - Home referral guidebook? They need to remove these men from their listing. . .NOW!!!!
They have to be removed from the'Five star rated by Home Services Review' publication. It has been a total waste of time following them.
I wake up one morning along with the flush simply would not flush. . Water will fill up but not flush. I phoned All Star Plumbing and spoke to a Kevin who was very understanding considering I was upset over this problem early in the morning. . He told me someone worked in the area and will have the ability to come by in a couple hours. . On arrival the plumber could take about an hour or so to find the issue and repair it and told me that the septic pipes were sterile. . The problem was bigger than anticipated and might take more than anticipated I appreciated him following up with me on 31, Roughly 20 minutes in he comes back to tell me. In contrast to other places I called I was given the best price quote from I could describe my issue by All Star. On arrival Javier was Personable and Respectful that was fine because I live on my own. . And Authentic to the quote.
I can't verify this inspection, nor are operators or our dispatchers trained as you have described to take care of clients. If this was us, and also a manger contacted, I guarantee you that this could happen to be dealt with immediately.

Apologize to your experience with us and I wanted to reach out. Occasionally this business becomes hectic, and we fail to make appointments. I'm sorry to see that you become a casualty of that phenomenon. I have gotten much better at creating our appointments, and wanted to allow you to know that we've made great strides to increase our manpower. I am hopeful that you'd opt to try us , in the event you need a plumber later on. I am certain we can do a better job of showing you that the company that we truly are.

Before employing All Star Plumbing, wish we had read reviews. Would have saved us so much suffering, pain, frustration and money. I suggest read the testimonials.
Their workmanship is to say the least. The tiles are crooked the foundation board was barley cuz he employed just staples no adhesive. The job is just one. The mitering on the foundation leaves large gaps. Everything is a major mess. Sad thing is he PROMISED it would be loved by us from the time. Then after he was done he does not clean up! He pulled sheet rock down our drive way leaving a line of it all the way out. They left the cardboard too. Never enter a conversation with this man. He has stories for days and won't return to work. Granted he is a nice man. He is just lazy, but I won't ever recommend these men. They've had about three or four different installers come through. There prices are crazy. I really could of done a much better job.
Man, I don't even know where to start with this corporation. It's just but they need a serious reality check.
First they have taken to reestablish two bathrooms with the particulars. My grandmother wanted to get them redone, the whole thing and if she all of a sudden passed away, ya they gave us time to mourn, however when they state they'll be there, they don't show up, or if they do they are overdue. Not by a few of minutes, but by hours.
Not impressed. Called to have a kitchen faucet replaced the following day, and they made an appointment for 11am. At 11am, nobody showed up, no phone call. I called and was told they didn't take my telephone and thus they could not predict and affirm, and that everybody was tied up and could not come by for another couple of hours. When the two men revealed, they provide me a quote for more than 220 to put in the new faucet that I had bought - easy money for a job that is quick. What a rip off. .
10/1/2018 - That's funny. I just noticed they finally followed up 1.5 years after the fact. Obviously, I found somebody who did a great job for a price - and has been on time.
I called Allstar when I stopped getting water. Javier came out and tried to flush out my hot water tankbut showed me there was a lot of sediment in it and the thermostat had been old and the thing needed to be substituted. He explained me everything and gave me options. He was professional and very courteous. I would certainly use Allstar Plumbing and I highly recommend them.
