Been shopping around for plumber to put in couple and my 2 bidets reacted that'll cost me legs and arms. Did call Al's plumbing came in also and the day after seeing how the installation will probably be he reduced his price.
Professional and quite friendly

After searching a few plumbing companies, I came across Al's Plumbing and I'm so thankful I did! Not only did they react to my water emergency that is immediately, they were the most affordable also. Alfred came out first thing in the morning, very professional and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and eased my worries due to my emergency being a water pipe that is principal. Again, I had to telephone Al's Plumbing. I told me about a shower escape in our master bathroom and called yesterday. They squeezed me in and Al stopped by this afternoon. Great advice and excellent customer support! I will be a customer for life.

On the lookout for a local Plumber and checked out some reviews on Al's and it was a excellent choice. I had some major plumbing problems both inside and outside. Spoke at 0700 with Al and he had Samuel in my home at 0900. Al gave me a ballpark quote over the phone and he was right on the mark. Was professional and very knowledgeable. Dressed with Business identification was knowing who was showing up in my doorway. A few big pieces of gear needed to brought into my home and Samuel was careful not to scrape floors or any walls. I believed Samuel treated my home as though it were his very own. He gave me an opinion on a kitchen faucet that was failing and didn't try to fix. The spouse and I will select a new one and also have Samuel yield for an install and more nice to haves. I believe in supporting local small business. I found my plumber.

This Company is the Epitome of excellence. I had a new faucet and sink. They needed to reconfigure all the pipes! Wow guys great job! Super happy! I called their pricing and innumerable technicians has been the cheapest! Their professionalism was notable! They rock! Do not waste your time searching for a firm? Stop here at Al's plumbing! I had lots of calcification AZ no up charges!!! They stand by their word!!!! Very impressed!

I called Al's Plumbing at 10:30am today & they were able now to come out by 3:00! They diagnosed the problem, snaked the drain line, removed the problem and analyzed it to be sure it worked, all in about an hour!! I had been impressed with the 2 employees, Emilio, Sam &, who did the job. They were friendly, professional and helpful. And that I felt comfortable asking them questions, because I am pretty clueless about pipes. I could tell they knew what they do about doing it 18, and that they cared. This company is my plumber at AZ from today on!

I needed help connecting gas grill to gasoline pipe. Al sent over Anthony and he did a great job. I am able to use my gas grill.

Our hot water heater went out Saturday morning naturally only called Al.. We had a better and new with extended guarantee 50 gal tank in and hot with 5 pm. Thank you so much for you response. This is the second time since it gets, and both times they've responded. Folks do appreciate the effort you and your staff go through each time. Awesome Possum !!

Had a water heater pilot light that the wouldn't stay lit. Called Al's Plumbing in the morning. Luckily a tech was available day. Nate showed up in time. He was professional and friendly and represented that the business well. He got the job done efficiently (substituted the thermocouple) for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I really don't know how these people have 5 stars! I called for a quote & delivered pics and he said he will get back to me... never got a telephone. I called back asking if he had a quote ready and he hung up, I called back and went straight to voicemail. He had been extremely rude the whole time we spoke the first time but I let it go but after this I really don't care if he is the best or cheapest at The Valley I really don't need anything to do with people who treat clients the way these people do!

Al followed up to be sure everything went well and he understood all of the specifics and what they had done.
Sam and Anthony came outside to substituted my LP hot water heater, installed a faucet and repaired some faucets etc.. They did good work and were meticulous, professional. The cost was fair and this is the firm that gave me a straight price up front. I believe I have found my"visit" plumber!
I have a few items that require a plumber and I will be calling them for sure!

They did the job fast and inexpensively, and they did quality work. This weekendI had a leak in my water method that is soft. I phoned them and they were within hours. They, again, did work! They are talented and extremely competent, and they take pride in their relationships with their clients and in their job. I would strongly recommend this company!

I had a gas water heater. I felt I was needed to get it replaced and on time. I got a couple of estimates and following some sticker shock I thought of using a local plumbing firm. Al give me what I believed was a estimate to replace my hot water heater and walked me. An appointment was made by me. As promised the guys of al showed up. My hot water heater that is old was at a place with zero room. Sam and Emilio were not phased. With fantastic care they removed the system and installed the brand new water heater. Sam took a great deal of time with me describing care, operation, upkeep and the warranty of the unit. They connectors replaced all piping and pans. Cleaned up and left the area looking brand new. In my option Emilio and Sam took great care of making sure that everything was done nothing short of a whole install. Should you will need a plumber I'd advocate Al's Plumbing.

We had a clog in our toilet and we all wanted to work with somebody. I needed to leave a message but my phone was returned within minutes. The reason we picked Al's Plumbing was due to how friendly and helpful they had been from the start. They sent somebody out over 2-3 hours of the first call. Anthony explained everything and ways to help prevent the problem from happening again. If we have a need for plumbing again we will definitely call Al's Plumbing. In my opinion they are a great example of the way.

One of the greatest experiences I've had in a very long time. As we are converting his bath needed faucets moved in my fathers bathroom as well as a shower pan installed. Al called me came out right away to perform a bid. Scheduled the work to get a Tuesday found time to come out. The two techs were professional and very polite. The next day Al called me to inquire if we had been satisfied with the work. It is possible to say that Al knows how valueable my period is and cares for his clientele. Highly recommend.

Extremely professional and outstanding support that I received from his associate and Al. Replace an upstairs bathtub line and drain. They filled, although made some hole in the drywall to perform this task and not only did they spot their job better than expected. As a retired Marine of 20 decades, I understand and abide by the"Do it right and you will simply have to do it once" rule. This task was done and to the stage. There were no surprises, and my bill was 10 times greater than what I had been thinking. I could haven't picked a plumber for your job. Thank you for your support and I'll call you again.

I met with Al we had just moved into a new residence so we phoned the home warranty company, and the dishwasher was not draining. They sent out Al, he'd take a fantastic look in the drains and said it was not a plumbing problem, but instead a problem with the dishwasher itself, probably the drain pump....spent time and effort to show me how well the drain was working etc.. I have danced with the house warranty people before so that I was prepared to pay him his excursion fee, he said"no cost, I am not going to charge you when I can't assist you". Right thenI knew I had found my plumber, and so I kept his card. Flash forward many years, hadn't needed a plumber when suddenly my water heater starts to die. I've a plumber! Called Al, he gave me a quotation on the telephone as to the"approximate" cost and worked me in the following day. Everything was itemized and the bill was only under the cost that was quoted. Three weeks later, one of those plastic fittings on my own water softener (from one of those big plumbing co.) cracked and started spraying water. . .of course it was only out of warranty...I've a plumber! Al came out and rather than replacing a plastic piece with another plastic piece (said he would, but wouldn't perform in his home ), he built the fitting out of aluminum, should continue forever. I am only waiting for the other fitting to go. Al is honest, and really cares about doing the job correctly. Should you require a plumber (and at some point you may ) give Al a call. Then, you will have a plumber also!
