Fast forward 18 months later and his repair job began leaking - we called to have the job warrantied - following the next try the repair began leaking again but now the owner said he would NOT return to repair his faulty job because he was too busy...
Terrible customer service - way over priced for the work which was finished - workmanship - worst customer experience ever from a contractor!!
We hired American plumbing to repair an underground leak at our house in Lakeport at July 2018 just before the long holiday - The cost would be $1000 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes of digging and work a little 18" diameter hole to get and repair the 3/4" copper pipe because he had a specialized instrument that would be required to finish the job - My wife was anticipating a house of people to arrive in 4 hours and she felt very vulnerable... the job was finished and the job was paid fo at full!
So I'm writing a review because of her. They were super fast. Replaced a water heater and also fixed a flow within two days of phoning. Thanks American Plumbing!

We recently had a leaking water heater that turned my guy cave into a swamp,everything on the ground was soakedwe called American plumbing, spoke to Kelly! He showed up when he said he'd. He explained everything to us, gave us some quotations. We decided on a water heater. He showed up later that day installed the unit, got us in watercleaned up everything. Very efficient, quick and neat!

Telephone number is upgraded. Service was good albeit a bit bit expensive for lake county according to quotes that are other. However, he did show up and did the job fairly quickly.
Are you the person who takes your vehicle to the man set up to get your car fixed? Do you build the solar power system on your house and have the neighbors 15 year old son design? If you answered"Yes", proceed to a shade tree builder or one of those rickety employee franchise outfits. Franchises like the Golden Arches make one heck of a burger, I am certain that you'll love their plumbing services. If the response was"No", because you want the best man for the task to do it properly the first time, then Kelly is your man for your plumbing needs.
American plumbing helped me to fix the issues had been having my water heater and is great! Would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues not just on and professional time but does all work for a reasonable price!
Kelly was dependable and on time for every visit. He found the origin of our leak and solved the problem. Very easy to communicate with and a friendly man. Recommended!
Kelly nice guy pricey had him come out to fix my septic pump and two floaters and charged me what I thought was appropriate for parts but then charged $800 in labor and spent about 1 hour to come diagnose then two hours working on the job. He considers drive time component of their fees. When I asked him so much, he said it could be a 5 hour job only based on if anything else happens or a 3 hour occupation. So when it broke down he said he expects about $125/hr so that he over shot on the quotation and as soon as the job was done charged me what he offered me on cost being that he did not take 47, rather than coming down. Call me old fashioned but if somebody breaks down it to you and they hope to make around $125 an hour and just take two to get the job done, and that I get it didn't charge to come out and inspect the problem but then tell me exactly what your service fee is and tell me consider drive time component of your quotation especially if you live outside of Lakeport. So $1721 later my problem is fixed. Told him I want to get into plumbing if this is exactly what he charges.
