Amor has an answering service since I had called late in the day on Friday, and I did not expect a call . We played a little telephone tag but I was finally able to get in touch from Amor late in the day who had been experienced in helping diagnose and confirm the issue. I didn't get her name but she had been really professional and gave me the information all like examining it for scale that would incur an additional charge to flush and having to empty the water heater. I appreciate that honesty at a business and being clear about what can be achieved since this helps establish the repair that's currently taking place with my expectations. She helped me put up the appointment for the next day, after we moved through this.
Jerry, the day that the technician, called me before he came but I had scheduled someone to allow him. Jerry called me back to discuss the repair was successful and there was not any additional matter after the project has been done. Overall, fantastic customer support and I'm very satisfied with Amor Plumbing! Thank you!
Because it was still under warranty, State Water Heaters assisted me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue as related to some recall of that model. They overnighted the parts and all I had to do was schedule Amor to be onsite to do the labor.

Very educated and professional in the Plumbing market. Costs and reliable I will live with. Went past the service I've received in the past for plumbing problems that were similar. Much appreciated! I would recommend giving them a call.

I opted to get in touch with this firm since they are listed on the site of my hot water heater manufacturer (A.O. Smith). I made three phone calls, each time. No call backagain. Tried an emailaddress. No response of any type. I tried sending a message direct from the site. Again, nothing. So I have no idea if these guys and gals are pipes or not. I never got the chance.

Had a Whirlpool gas heater remember and they are the only individual. Repair done but was charged extra $180 for service that isn't a matter, but following the components that were remembered replaced the heater creates a loud fog horn noise whenever it rips off. Called them and ALWAYS could reach the answering service and after 2 months I finally got a call and they said they had to test with manufacturer first, which was now 6 months of nothing from them, Though I called and asked for solutions and was just able to leave messages
This will be a first stop of Earning sure I put the review next would be BBB or perhaps small claim court, that is just ridiculous

By the way, you can search for A. O. Smith providers from their Web website. Don't waste your time on this one.
I have the same bad experience as the review below. My Whirlpool water heater stopped working. A.O.Smith customer service referred this support to me. I phoned them and I was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment. But it never occurs!!!

Lesson learned San Jose has water and that I really did have to flush my water heater twice annually as great maintenance. The technician showed me the rock sized sediment within my 4year old water heater.
They did schedule me for next day although the only downfall was that I could not get same-day service.
Today them fix a water heater. They predicted with a 20 minute advance arrival time, arrived at the time period we had scheduled along with the water heater technician was pleasant and professional. My water heater was still with AO Smith under guarantee and that I had to use an AO Smith repair company. The thermometer was shifted by them. They did me on a drain pipe thing that is bigger to remove the sediment $130.

Im very Delighted with Amor Plumbing! Ted serviced our 2 year old water heater that has been under recall. It was making popping noises. It was a part of this recall from A O Smith Company so that I paid for the gasoline line upgrade. The other parts were coated (approx. $600) He's an expert in his business, proficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering our queries. He took the opportunity to inspect each aspect of the water heater. The business is quite busy with service requirements so be patient. You will gradually be confessed.

After sever connections with Alpha Omega Plumbing Inc I never receive any response . I called AO Smith water Heater Company again. They gave me Amor plumbing's number. I managed to schedule with Amor plumbing straight away. They told me if need to replace the drain vole there'll be extra charge. Jerry come back to my house. He is quite professional and did an superb job. I am quite satisfy with specialist and his job. Thank you Jerry.

I'd like to give 0 Star! I was refered by AO smith still under warranty. Call them early in the morning and later afternoon on 12/12,12/13,12/14. Total times, every time that I got the same response,'message was taken by me to you, will call you back to set the appointment up .' But I never get any call back.If they are too busy to look after my own water heater not tell me? No hot water for 3 times, I can't wait anymore!

Highly suggest Jerry, I had an AOL recall water heater. He did the work very professionally. I requested and paid for a metallic drainage valve rather than the one on a heater. The alloy one includes a lever rather than a tap so I could clean the sediment out often to unscrew. No more draining water heater that shortens the life of the water heater, I will preserve it for a longer water heater lifetime. It was brought by him ready to slip in and assembled ! It came with a screw on cap so if the lever failed, the water wouldn't escape. The work was perfection. These technicians would be the ones I'd call, if I have a water heater problem.

Ted from Amor Plumbing does outstanding job!!! He did and came a warranty work and made sure that my gas pressure was met the minimal specs so that my water heater could operate economically!!! Thank you

AO Smith gave me Amor Plumbing's title. Found out that the gas control valve required to be replaced because we did not execute any tank and the scale built up & overheated Amor Plumbing obtained the part covered under the manufacturer warranty (did not know I had one!) , flushed the tank (wow, a great deal of scale!!) . Then he showed my husband how to drain the tank in the future help extend the life of the water heater and to maintain the mfg guarantee! Customer service Ted! Thank you for giving me water !!!

Amor Plumbing has excellent service! They are extremely professional and dependable. They provided an affordable solution to our issue and were very fair. I'll definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues!

To begin with, there is always a secretary on the phone to take your phone. And Tonya did a fantastic job to schedule a technician and she called the warranty company for the parts policy.
Technician Ted is friendly, his service job is above and beyond! Not only he also fixed the issues, but also he found root cause, altered the system to stop it happen again.
Highly recommend this plumbing company!!!

Very impressed with these men. They did a very professional job adjusting mistakes/leaks made by the plumber who installed it and repairing my own water heater.

AO Smith seeing a water heater issue refered to this company us. My husband called Amor plumbing yesterday and informed them about our difficulty. The tech would call him back and told them that he will need to check on things . Late day he called back and was told the technician will return his phone. That return call never occurred. So, I called them again. Same treatment. I was told I am likely to receive a call back from a technician that was. No return call. I would like to add that in the event you use a water heater to be installed by this business for you, do not let them set up an AO Smith unit.
