They and super friendly answer all of my questions. I haven't felt like they are only checking the box. They are always punctual, very incisive, and favorable. I enjoy that they text me showing up with an image of the technician so I know who to expect. I have never felt pressured into buying repairs or equipment. In fact I needed a part replaced which was a fix and the technician walked me through the part/process to do it myself and save $100.

A few hours later two, extremely pushy, salesman came into my house and quoted me $10,400 to replace a 3 ton unit that was standard. But, to do me a"solid" they brought it down to $8,000 and provided financing at 9.9%.
I had been an ASAP member for more than a year. We have had Anthony outside a couple of days in the past to replace items. I was pleased with their work. But lately I had them come out and look at our furnace since it not supplied any warmth. One of their techs couldn't figure out why it was not working and came out. He then stuck a camera within the device and explained that it was going to crack, which it's not, and would cause carbon monoxide and kill everybody. He then recommended a unit. In addition, he quoted repairs of $1,100 to replace the only and thermocouple stage control panel. Neither of which are on my device it's a two phase system and as it's a flame sensor.
I decided to call someone else. He came outside and in a few minutes diagnosed the energy issue. The last time someone from their company was outside that they disconnected, or failed to reconnecta cable to the blower motor. After that was reconnected, the inducer fan motor shutting off and was making a very high pitch noise. This was due to the fact that one of their techs damaged the fan blades and shield. It began to operate, but would cut out, After those were straightened out. He then checked the exhaust pipe and discovered a dead bird. When the bird was removed out the system ran fine. None of this was characterized by Anthony and was because of Anthony's neglect, or maybe sabotage, in order to get me to buy a new system for $8,000, which will be about $3000 more than it should be.
I would not recommend this company. I was given the run around, when I called to speak to a manager and they would not even refund my $89 inspection fee.

Came out to fix escape in garbage disposal. Said he would have to pull ou tthe dishwasher and"re-install" it so he could get to a pipe. Fixed the flow in about 40 minutes. Dishwasher never was un-installed. Then he wanted to sell me a garbage disposal for $840!!! And $240 to hookup water line to my ice manufacturer. SHOP AROUND!!!

The company isn't recommended by me. They try to overcharge you, in my private opinion.
I was a so called ASAP client for several years.
This May, during the scheduled tune up ( the trip was compensated for ) they suggested to add one pound of freon and wanted to charge $165.00. The price of one pound is around $7.00 along with the excess time that a technician could have spent was around 10 minutes.
Addendum
I don't enjoy when people are currently trying to benefit from this situation.
The business is trying to solve the issue now.
I'll keep everyone posted.
Thank you
This service was canceled by me.
Thank you

Started off Well. $77 to unclog drain that is main. And yes I know it did not come with a guarantee, however, 24 hrs is ridiculous. We lived here and every once in awhile it cloggs due to piping being so outdated but it lasts us enough to get our money's worth. Girl on telephone says well he provided one of. Well, sorry we can not afford that. Thought maintain a new customer and also they might ought to make good, but nope. Sticking with my previous company who'd never NOT come out if this occurred to us. I will pay more and get it done right the first time.

I haven't used them because my last inspection. My upgrade is that they continue to frustrate me. Every time I change the filter I fight. It requires a hammer pliers and gloves. Their technicians state"why was this done this way"? I don't have any filter because I had to off them covers.

EXPENSIVE! I advise you to find quotes before committing to Anthony. I ended up getting 4 estimates and Anthony was $ 1,000 on the lowest, although I actually had a wonderful experience with the technician! The phone girls are fine in that scripted customer way. Don't make the error of blanketly telling them you will be home on a specified day. I thought I'd be given a window for the technician and I wasn't, so of course I did not hear from anyone until after 3 pm and he did not come until 4 pm. It's 2019, can not we get better with scheduling and logistics on a particular day? I would've been happy to use themcan't justify their cost.

I was contacted by update, Anthony wanted to make this right. They credited me back about half of what they charge me. They did exactly the ideal thing and stepped up! I'm giving my business is backed by them.

UPDATE: As mentioned in the remark by the firm they did give the card to us and an extra one as an apology. I am increasing my critique . Unfortunately you only get one chance to make a first impression.
I decided to become charitable and debated between two and one stars. I contacted them in January in response to their Hereford House advertising gift card with estimate. We got the estimate, we got the unit but not got the gift card after several follow-up calls. They installed the week. On the up side the unit is now working correctly. Just be aware of their promotional come-ons.

I really like this business! I have had no issue with same day appointments and also the fees are fair. The technicians are professional yet friendly. I have had work done on my basement floor drain, an older furnace replaced decades ago,the day thanksgiving, and lately badly needed pipes replaced for the kitchen sink. The technicians ALWAYS and check before the service telephone in frequency identify themselves with photo I Had and a business card with their pic on it! I can not say enough positive things! Don't hesitate to offer them a try!

I phoned Anthony PH&C outside to clean the main line from my home. There was water in the pile below the floor line. The tech was fresh to the place. He conducted the snake to clean any possible blockage. The water didn't return. It was thought where it was assumed that the congestion was that the snake hadn't attained the street, or so the tech called the office and he explained it would be $350 with an extended snake cable to clear the line. I moved back into the home and agreed to the $350. After the tech discussed the matter on the telephone he reached the house and explained that the price was now $492. I told him after the price had been agreed to by me it was not acceptable to me to alter a price. He didn't argue with that but could/would not honor the agreed. I ended up speaking with the plumbing manager, Ray. He didn't dispute that the 350 was agreed upon but would not honor the price that is agreed. He stated that regardless of what the tech had consented to,"it was not in writing" and that Anthony PH&C"hadn't done the job yet". I was amazed with this response and the situation was discussed by us . No matter Ray sent the $492 proposal to me. I sent him a response that said essentially that Anthony PH&C has"Technicians You Can Trust With Your House Keys!" On your automobile. I requested him to live up to the Better Business Bureau and that motto A+ rating advertised on their truck. I also advised me that"the $142 gap between honoring your sentence and reneging on your word shouldn't be worth it". That made no difference to Ray. After calling back to their workplace and finding out that no one in the middle management level, including client service/relations was going have any influence on Ray's decision, I left a voicemail for your company president. I soon got a call from the Chief Operating Officer, Kent. He said he'd research the matter and get back to me. He'd call me back and scheduled the job to be done in the agreed. It turned out that there wasn't any blockage in the line. It is only a very low point in the sewer line running to the street. I was not billed.

This is a matter of the contemporary PR/Advertising mentality over standing and Integrity behind your term. One thing is advertised by anthony PH&C and responded in another way. My takeaway from this experience: 1. Unless you have time, have construction experience and will willingly debate/argue/write the merits of integrity and/or you have a lawyer, avoid doing business. '' I can imagine if your $ 5,000 central AC system goes down, if Anthony PH&C employs someone who will renege on their term to get $142. (I really discussed that situation with Ray and he said that is essentially the tech's issue, not Anthony's. Unreal.) 2. If you choose to utilize Anthony PH&C go the plumbing manager around. He does not have any idea what the logo on their truck signifies.

That afternoon Kirk came to get the cost along with the replacement. We had a discussion concerning my urge to replace and relocate the system. The move would involve redesigning the pipes and ducting to function properly with the existing infrastructure. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC, but was reluctant to provide advice.
Jeff, the tech introduced himself and showed up on time. He proceeded to present excellent service that went way beyond my expectations. He had been introduced before examining the furnace. Seeing is believing and Jeff expressed concern when showing me, without using scare tactics. He recommended upgrading my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
On September 25th I wanted to get an early start on winterizing my home which included having my furnace serviced, as well as, an estimate on replacing my furnace and air conditioning system.
I have been an ASAP member for a year now, however had no idea that two visits from two techs would be scheduled for the day.

Anthony came out to perform our heating check in new condominium. Wealways pleased and've used them for decades in house. Craig Dutcher was thorough and courteous. Called attention to several potential problems so appreciated those heads . Would recommend their ASAP plan.

Anthony (Loren) came out for their annual plumbing review. I received much needed information and money saving measures. I have always had great service and was surprised to see reviews. We had a water softener. We've not experienced an AC review this season since I think we fell that support. We bought an insurance policy on the systems if they neglect from a different corporation.

Very disappointing experience this morning with Anthony Heating & Cooling. Water from one of our bathroom faucets streamed week scheduled a tech to visit our home let's. The tech tried to unscrew the aerator to find out if it was clogged and went to the faucet, but he stated because he had a aerator key to perform it, he couldn't unscrew it. He said he suggested that I purchase one online and did not have one. That is it! He said"Ok, that will be 89". I paid the money to him and sent him on his way. I instantly called the Anthony Plumbing office and complained that the tech should get this aerator tool in his arsenal (believing that Delta faucets are not rare ), but the lady I spoke with essentially said that there was nothing she could do for me. I definitely would not suggest them!!!!

This firm did a sewage job in Olathe, KS that started at $ 4,000 a thing and went to $ 9,000 for me. I called to speak with the manager in its middle but never got a return call. I had a controversy about $200 bucks, (having paid whatever else) I told the accounting people to take out the last $400 I owed. They said I owed $600. I said you have my permission to take out the 400. I just checked my account and they took out $600. So apparently as soon as they have your card, they do anything they like. Never got a call from the manager.
My take on them is over-priced and uncommunicative. Go elsewhere.

After the team came out to install the furnace they were friendly and were workers. They took great care to be certain their work place cleaned up and went over what they had done to make sure we were pleased with their work. They took the extra attention to supply just two carbon monoxide detectors to us to make sure the security of our family.
Everybody else we interacted with was professional and very friendly and appeared to have our best interest at heart and it was a fantastic experience.
We predicted on Monday morning and our furnace moved out over the weekend and they sent someone out by 9AM that afternoon. He checked to see whether it could be repaired and suggested replacing the furnace and supplied that day to return so we could be home to examine the options. He spent almost two hours with us explaining the upcoming steps so we could be sure we were picking the right furnace and measuring and discussing the options.

Chris was a fantastic tech. He gave us information that was great that we can use to lengthen the life of A/C units and the furnace. Chris had good communication skills and was courteous. We have done business with Anthony for about 7 decades and have been pleased with the way.

$200 for a pound of R22; Needed to contest work; Wants to screen subcontractors

They did exactly what they said they would when they stated they would. Installers and advisor were both professional and polite. Installer was vey efficient and out and in much earlier then I anticipated. In working via delays with my Home Warranty Company, Really patient
