Son and father came back to put in a washer and gas dryer. As I wanted the stack to be flush against the wall to get cabinetry to enclose both units the installation wasn't simple. They were patient and demonstrated professionalism that is thoughtful. I had a requirement that dryer venting utilize the Dryerbox merchandise to minimize the entire depth of the machine. While they did not normally work with third party goods such as this (or port dryers)they made it work. After the dryer wouldn't go completely flush with a gas connector the truck is generally stocked in by them, they ran outside to get a right-angle adapter.
During the trip, Antone's plumbing corrected the drain system. It took removing an appliance so that they could create a much better angle, and cutting back shingles to a major line. They could have easily taken a simpler route, however, it was clear that they thought through the problem and recommended the solution though the procedure would be more involved, time-consuming, and costly.

Wow! Apparently If you ask questions about the purchase price, manufacturer and warranty of the hot water heaters they set up its own a lot of... he hung up on me! If you don't have enough time to answer client questions that are important let the call go to voicemail or say I'll call you back. Very unprofessional

I left voicemails on two of the efforts and then called these men 4 times.
They returned my telephone or never picked up.

I was referred to Atones by Teco to get a gas line update and they were top notch! I was rather impressed with the quote process, which was outlined, priced and they pulled all licenses. They worked together with the Town of St Pete inspectors and Teco to finalize. They could walk thru the job schedule and I had some extra work outside the gasoline line and they demonstrated strong skills with water, petrol and tapping to sewer. His two sons and the dad Tony were good to use and I highly recommend them for any plumbing or gas function. Very clean organized and work.

This was the first time using Antones pipes. They were on time, professional and went to work. The only negative is a flat rate of $240.00 not counting on the extras. I wish once I called to schedule the apmt this was communicated. This wasn't an emergency call. They serviced a kitchen drain. I was a customer.
