Faruk redid the plumbing during a renovation in our bathroom. He did outstanding work, always on time and was very professional. Our plumbing were old, and the vent pipe has been disconnected from the primary pile. Of the plumbing that was old was replaced by faruk and installed our fixtures. In addition, he assisted us reinstall our radiator. The pricing was fair and upfront - . He answered my many questions very patiently! I would certainly suggest Aqua Smart, and plan on using them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I never write reviews but I've dealt with a lot of plumbers in my own life. Faruk was very professional. Before heading over, called. Was upfront with prices. Made sure I was completely satisfied before wanting payment and everything worked. When I do, I know that I am calling, although hopefully I won't require a plumber .

Faruk came outside to look that we've. One ran and another one was identical for this. He immediately identified exactly what the difficulty was, and I truly appreciated he took the time to explain what was wrong. The repair was straightforward and the work was finished by him right away. I liked he was enthusiastic about his job AND he had a great sense of humor (he was here through the evening with my puppy and two kids running around like crazy - he was good with all three!) .

My search for a plumber is over! Faruk came when he said he drove back to my home in rush hour, explained the issue, went out to purchase the part which I wanted, and would so that he wouldn't leave me with no kitchen faucet overnight! Fair on price and good to work with.

Before he came out to service our toilet, faruk was good with his communication. He came up with reasonable estimates for other issues and the current issue and assessed the issue we might have down the street. The work was done with minimal issue and quickly. I'm planning to have work that is additional is return to by Aqua Smart this Summer that companies turned down. Faruk knows his stuff. I am quite pleased that he and Aqua Smart supplied.

I recommend them or would never use AquaSmart. Faruk charged me and spent 20 minutes altering a kitchen faucet $295. He was agreed to reset the warmth. He said he wouldn't bill for that. . .nice! He had overcharged me for the faucet. He told me he set up systems all the time and it'd not be any issue. I believe not. When he couldn't make the shift he attempted to pull up the installation directions on the internet. He advised me to find the installation directions that came with the unit so he can look up how to reset the 28, when that did not work. By that time I was sure he did not know anything and fairly uncomfortable with. I asked him to leave with his $295 for 20 minutes of effort. There are lots of plumbers in Chicago. Don't use this man.

We used AquaSmart for a number of pipes problems. We had some difficulties with piping that corroded, and he replaced the entire thing. We had and he took care of that. It seems to me, the best quality you can ask for is to get somebody you can trust, who isn't likely to indicate a work up too large, that is going to explain it to youpersonally, and do a great job. In our expertise with Aquasmart, they have always hit the mark.

Faruk is fairly priced and simple to trust, a good communicator. Have had him do jobs for us in our previous one and our current house. Can use him going forward as well.
