Aquaflow Plumbing & Heating

A/C and heating are transactions where you need to be very careful about who you call. An unqualified or dishonest tech can mess up your day. I have discovered out this the hard way a couple of times.
So I have a new heating tech., who I trust and would recommend highly. Check Aquaflow out. He seems to specialize on Buderus, but works on all kinds of heating systems. Believe me, if he can support Buderus, he can handle the others. Vincent also offers plumbing solutions.
I have a Buderus 142 High Efficiency gas. It had been installed in 2012. Not everybody can support this equipment correctly. A couple of weeks ago I found the technician out. I've been using has been retired. He was a one man show, so it left me searching for a new technician.

I searched the Buderus company website, which directed me to Aquaflow. Learned Aquaflow is owner-operated, and has been in operation around 20 decades. I decided I'd give him a try. Anyhow, about a week Aquaflow's owner Vincent did a preventative maintainance/cleaning of this system and came by. He invested more than a solid couple of hours, and had quoted me what I felt was a reasonable price. He gave me a written report, and measured its performance, which no one did.

My boiler expired at 3am with temperatures well below freezing outside. I called 6 other plumbers that day, half of which did not respond (can not blame them) and another half of which did not know how to take care of the kind of boiler I had. Vincent managed to come straight away, did an exhaustive investigation and diagnosis of the issue and managed to replace the affected part no problem at all, driving back and forth between Woburn and Somerville to find out exactly what I gather is an unusual damper motor. Once the heat was back , he fixing also noticed and substituted a failed expansion tank and enabling my boiler to operate on both burners again. The cost for almost an entire day of the time was reasonable. Can not recommend Vincent enough.

Outstanding support! We lost our heat and Vincent saved. He came exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem and had it solved within 2 hours. He took the time to describe why and exactly what he do. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely be calling him that I might have in the future,

Our heating system began blowing cold air so we called our customary plumber (who also does heating), but not received a return call following 24 hours. During this time period we called someone who had been highly rated and never received a call that was returned. Aquaflow who had some fantastic reviews as well was then called by me and I was called by Vincent back. He told me that he could come out the next morning which was great when he estimated he would, and that he even showed up! He told me every thing and was very thorough and incredibly knowledgeable that he checked out to diagnose the issue. In a couple of hours that the part that collapsed was replaced and I had heat again. I appreciate his quick reply and the standard of work provided through some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up into your home being 49 degrees, however thanks to Vincent we'll wake up considerably warmer tomorrow !
