Called Brad Davis. This was the second hot water heater that he set up for me (about 8 years apart - and at different residences). As always, Brad cared for me right away. I'd called him in the afternoon the following day, and the water heater has been installed. Stringent is followed by artisan to code. The overflow pipe is finishes and copper throughout the wall, outside the home and my heater is double-strapped and I am thankful.

Brad is the best! We have an old house with lots of"quirks," however Brad knew exactly how to fix our plumbing problems. He's educated, professional, reliable, and honest -- could not ask for much more!

As a homeowner, I am clueless about plumbing. My wife and I moved into a 100 year-old craftsman house, and some work was needed by the baths. Brad showed up with less than a days notice, he worked fast and economically, and everything was repaired by him. Everything. We called Artisan for a bathroom sink unclog. The plumber came and unplugged the sink. We flushed the toilet at precisely the exact same bathroom and that after the sink was clogged. The plumber had refused and left to come back so we were made to work with a competitor, and unclog the bathroom. The plumber has been combatitve from start to finish. I would definitely not reccomend this company since they're a lot more reliable and certainly more professional, and we will continue to use Rudy's.

So the pipes infrastructure matched what is expected for my home, he did not attempt to sell me anything that I didn't need, but corrected the existing problems with my home. He is the plumber I've ever met. And he has a scammed out plumber's truck which was on the cover of a trade journal for pipes. I think Brad could be the Ph.D of plumbers.

Was an innocent water leak by the hot water heater. Brad came though it had been 20 minutes until 5:30.
