B&I plumbing was utilized a few times by us . B&I was suggested by me when my friend asked to fix her garbage disposal. Even though it was a Saturday, a couple hours after I got a text from my friend, I'd like to know the B&I had come over and discovered that her garbage disposal was just trapped, used a wrench to fix it and didn't charge her anything. Thank you for taking such good care of my buddy!

Showed up on time, saw the matter, told ME to fix this, and didn't charge me a penny. We spent more time than that he did figuring out my problem bullshitting. 10/10 would call. Great guy.

So it is the night before Easter and our kitchen sink was clogged. We attempted to fix it , but couldn't and that began it leaking beneath since among the thingamajigs cracked that you tighten down to keep it from leaking. So now it is Easter morning and we've got company coming for dinner. I called and left messages for two other technicians that I haven't heard from, and this is my . Not only did Ivo answer his phone at 8:30 a.m. on Easter Sunday, he stated that although he wasn't working, he'd be here in 20 minutes and he was! He cleaned 20 years of crud from it, replaced that thingamajig, and was gone before 10 a.m. Thank you Ivo!!

Ivo arrived at our 1920s home on short notice and installed a sump pump that was new for us, improving the previous scenario, quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. Old water heater died overnight. He and called Ivo was out to our house in a hour or two. Had it replaced and the old one packed away in another hour and a half. Excellent and speedy service!

B&I is probably the only plumber that I will work with. Following a family crisis, I requested multiple and Ivo other people to come and give me a quotation. Ivo came and told me that was unnecessary and that all I need was a snaking, when one plumber urged I dig up my front lawn. Regardless of my hesitance, he snaked it and cleared the lineup. That saved us $1,000s of dollars and bought us the following years on our plumbing. These company is a gem!

He is a personality and honest. He has a genuine desire. Other plumbers only seem motivated by cash and doing the bare minimum.
Our water heater died us on as the cool fall weather started to creep in. I later found out we had a particular kind of water heater that was recalled due to the built in ignitor which wouldn't permit me to re-light it. Ivo, the guy behind B & L, was a savior. He told me I could find a refund even though it was many years old. After contending with the Home Depot rep on the phone, I found out that he was right. I got store credit and proceeded to swap my previous one to get a new one. He left time later in the day and at less than six hours we were on our way and back up!
Finding an excellent plumber is almost the toughest thing a consumer can do. Yelp reviews can be scoured by you or rely on buddy's recommendations, but you're still currently taking a bet. Fortunately, that bet paid off when I called up B&L Plumbing.

Ivo squeezed us in between jobs and came out at a pinch. Price was fair compared to quotes, mended a plumbing job that is botched. Thrilled to have the water back on. Thank you!

I called to substitute an 80+ year old shower enclosure in our home that was early. It was a nightmare of frustration and parts. Ivo immediately returned my call, came out later that afternoon, and within 30 minutes (using somewhat good-hearted cursing) had the valve pulled. He told me to proceed to Brothers Plumbing together with the stem, and they would have a replacement. Nope -- he did not say he would get it finish the job the next day for an extra couple hundred $$. He said you go get this, and it will take you 5 minutes to re install it. He had been right -- job and we are up and running. A great plumber and human being who loves individuals and his work, and respects your home, intelligence, and pocketbook.

Ivo is the Man! Old college plumber - and I mean that to be a compliment. No problem big or small - night or day- weekend or week day he can't resolve. I had him out to fix our main water supply valve which was drinking on water. He packed it re-did valves and our feed and then returned today was out in one hour. Fantastic work! Thank you Ivo.

Completely disappointed. I literally called this business and explain how plumbers had flaked on me before. They put me in the top of the list. You can preferably in your convenience, even after I said . They put me onto the top of the list for Thursday. By 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning that they explained that they had to reschedule. I said I asked why and knew. They did not answer. I then said alright well I need you here by 10 a.m. Friday morning. They said I was too trying to find a client and I had to find someone else. Someone will never be referred by me to this business they are so rude and disrespectful and I can't think how business is handled by them.

Plumbing emergency! Two nights before we leave for a puzzle pipe and the vacation bursts from the back yard. We had to switch off the water mains! No laundry, no showers, and worst of all no water for coffee! The typical plumber has been totally overbooked, so the following morning to the Yelp we go...
Read the reviews and called Ivo's sweetie wife Bea and got on the waiting list. Lucky for us that he was offered in a few hours and nearby. We obtained ETA upgrades by phone and text. Meanwhile, we stored our nose and brewed coffee. We want running water!
Ivo got to work right away and came. He is a man with some skills, allow me to tell you. He understands exactly what to do, and the way to get it done. He also fixed the problem that the manner -- some copper pipe that was new was laid by him! Ivo prevailed, although a curve balls threw from corners cut by previous owners. He is a modern Superman, and surely the world's best plumber. He is our favorite seller!
