Bartline Plumbing Services

Called Bartline using a non-urgent petition - had to substitute the water pressure regulator and expansion tank. They gave me a more competitive quote came out about 2pm, and did the job.
Would 100% recommend Jesse and Adrian again!

Bartline would not answer any telephone calls of attempting within the two days. We reached out to the house warranty after speaking with Bartline and they informed us, it'd be better to text message Bartline since they can't answer emails or calls. Initial contact via text message is not a good sign... We texted and were texted back for the claim number. We reacted and heard no reply back. After speaking with our guarantee company they said to Bartline. After the text we have a reply and we scheduled a time. We attempted to contact to determine if the plumber came out, but heard nothing. At 540 we called yet again and eventually were told they wouldn't come out until at Wed of next week (it is Friday currently), and also to get in touch with our guarantee again, or just pay for one more company independently.
Definitely can't urge and hope to not be assigned to Bartline again...
Obtaining Bartline to reliably come out and supply service has been a nightmare. We were surprised yelp testimonials were great at that moment and were placed into contact from our house warranty supplier with them. How wrong we were...

Adrian came out now (SUNDAY!!!!) And assessed the problem and I'm beyond excited to work with Bartline plumbing. Adrian found what no one else could detect and that he took the time to describe everything! My spouse, adrian and I cannot wait to work with your company. We had a multitude of problems and wanted somebody to diagnose what was wrong. On a recommendationwe called Bartline, and are thankful we did. They diagnosed the issue, sent somebody over the day and repaired everything. All at a fair price. Adrian was our plumber and I highly recommend him. Thanks Bartline.

Ed was phoned by me this morning after a lengthy night of sounds at 8am. He had another job and told me he would be to me. I got a text 10am from him saying he was on his way. He's a man who worked quickly! If we are in need of anything else done I'll be calling ED 22, we bought the house of our 1970, I know! It's wonderful to know we now have a plumber!

Quoted $400 labor to replace a part that could have taken less than one hour. Then charged a $75 fee for doing nothing and coming out.

Few weeks ago, I woke up in the afternoon and heard water running (maybe not initially, had couple of leaks before but none concerning as this one), ran to the garage and yes indeed a pipe right by the water heater burst and had been spraying everywhere, I predicted Bartline Plumbing, Ed replied, he directed me to switch off the water to the house and to stay calm since he is going to have the ability to take care of the issues... in no time (I reside in Lilburn) Ed showed up in my door, I showed him my issues and he managed to correct the leak (I have blue plastic pipes in my house and have a inclination to bust/enough said). . .Ed gave me a quote to change all plumbing along with the water heater and what he called pressure reducing valve.... Yes, it wasn't the price but I need peace of mind and hired him. I don't have to be concerned about my house daily. Thank you Ed for all your hard work!!!!
