We used BBP plumbing for a project we have in Chicago. This comprised installing a sump pump that was new and rebuilding our flood management system. Since then, we have had them for flood control maintenance and also for pipes repair work in many of the flats. BPP has become my very first call for any work I need in my home in Evanston. BBP's proprietor Florin is simple to use, returns arrives in work in the time that is scheduled calls promptly and works quickly and economically. I can't say enough good things about Florin's skill level along with his professionalism and customer services. I can recommend him.

I called BBP Plumbing on a Saturday with a destructive, although little emergency leak in a pipe. Florin promised that afternoon, came through the time to a window heads up. He was considerate, professional and fast. He quoted me a very reasonable price for this repair, and finished the work. My pipe is leaking, so I'd say the work was done. I would definitely recommend them, and I'll call them !
I lately used BBP Plumbing and will be using them again in the future as well as recommending them to everyone I know. Florin was very professional, prompt and courteous. He is exactly what you'd call a master tradesman, his understanding and craftsmanship are second to none.

A friend recommended BBP/Florin and I am quite happy I predicted! Have used his solutions today. The two times he did a great job! He managed to come understanding the urgency, functioned tirelessly and professionally and I have used. On the first trip he needed to come on a memorial day weekend - it was great to find out he doesn't have"special" rate for holidays nor weekends. Very great guy and easy to talk to!
