The pricing was simple and the equipment had good reviews online. I also appreciated they could offer a selection of options, including to which thermostat we'd like down to us.
Finally, I have to say how helpful the Costco relationship has already been here. We obtained a Costco Cash card with an additional 15% of the purchase price, and also had the option of low cost funding obtained a instant rebate. As executive members (we upgraded our membership with this purchase) we'll also get another 2 percent from that. Ultimately, the procedure was easier, the price seemed fair, and we are very happy with our system so far.
The crew was quite intentional to keep our home clean and also did a job sweeping up after themselves. I loved that even though they ran into an unforeseen plumbing problem, they had a plumber on site in under an hour and it in no way impacted the amount we ultimately paid.
We knew our full HVAC system needed to be replaced because it was almost 20 years old and was leaking Freon for the last 2-3 years. We ultimately went with Becht/Givens, who we accessed within our Costco membership and got several quotes.
Mike, the salesman, was by far. I particularly appreciated he asked a series of questions that resulted in a system. Since we tend to keep it cool in the summer and cool in winter, meaning our needs are different from the standard, I needed to coach others to do so.

I have been using their service for a couple of years. They were used by pervious owner of my house for ten years. Reasonable and very professional. They provide support and also a two hour window technician when he's within 1/2 of arrival Chris Mays always calls. Quick and clean. No need to shop this support.

Later here came the telephone. . .quoting brand new unit for 8600 OR 150.00 MONTHLY. . ??? If I did not like the cost he could SHARPEN HIS PENCIL!

Writing this to inform people beware..called about no ac.on a Sat.

I knew call would be 100. Good guy came with freon leak wand....of course it alerted on the two coils inside and out on a six year old unit..tech quoted ballpark cost of $4,000. .but asked if I'd like senior adviser to call...I stated yes..20 min.

I am updating again. No reply from this business from installing a float turn in my furnace when #1 it wasn't required, #2 then went awful and induced my heater not to kick on, #3 then was advised by their Supervisor Danny that was I sure someone else didn't put in it, #4 left a message for his boss Rich to follow up who whined, #5 registered a complaint on here over a month ago, #6 has been advised 100 percent satisfaction. Still not resolved. Please everybody, think twice about using this organization. They lie, don't do their jobs, and aren't committed to satisfaction for your customer. This ought to have been resolved when I called the company. Patricia Gilmore who supposedly handles complaints has just emails every couple of weeks with a story in her head that has never been asked of me what occurred but takes her employees stories and lies. I've told them I intend to call the Better Business Bureau....and today this is my second step. It's really sad. This will not allow you to post til a celebrity is given by you. There ought to be a choice to not provide one.
