Bell Brothers has provided my family with thoughtful, attentive, kind and professional support. The professionalism shows in the technicians look uniforms, booties to wear at the home, and their overall demeanor.
While Keoki did his diagnostic test of my mother's system, he explained to me exactly what he had been doing, and was very receptive.
Keoki was impressive. He seemed clean, smelled good, and introduced himself.
I genuinely appreciate the quality of work Bell Brothers provides, along with their specialist staff.
Now Keoki (warranty technician) came to my mother's house to confirm the unit and"scrubber" from the furnace.

They're costing me even more money by refusing to itemize the bill.
Consumers beware of this organization. My insurance company is prepared to pay for the elimination of my water heater although not the water heater itself. This company refuses to itemize the bill despite my begging the manager. This will cost me tens of thousands of dollars.
Use this company if you want to be out tens of thousands of dollars that are extra. Beware!!
And of course that the prices were outrageous. I was in an emergency position. I feel gouged and taken advantage of. Bell Brothers was supposed to come after noon. They did not arrive until 5 PM and billed my 2600 to the temporary elimination of 1200 extra and a water heater to finish the job they were late for. The Following Day and booked up! I had been taken advantage of and very in a place.

I paid a fee to come out and tell me that I want an entirely new system. He didn't fix anything, so I'm not sure what I paid for. Would like my cash. There was of fixing the engine debate. I was quoted $16,000 over and over - again, without a discussion of fixing my automobile. Like going to a car dealership, the strain was. He wouldn't leave my home and wished to phone a second Bell Brothers guy out to my home to discuss getting a new hvac system. I told him I had to consider it as I don't have enough money for such a massive investment.
So, I finally called another guy who managed to replace my engine for $400. I will never do business with Bell Brothers for whatever. Extremely disappointed that you act as if you're an honest business, when you are not. Come to learn that clients have had the same experience. Shame on you for having a salesman come into my house, charge me a fee for doing absolutely nothing, and attempt to get me to go deeper into debt by using this"PACE Program" that is a scam and screws in the end. Shame on this company.

I called for a quote and of course NOT being in this identical sector I wanted to request clarification of exactly what the $79.95 fee was.... However because the representative"Brittney" expressed that it had been for their dispatching fee!! SO of exactly what this could comprise as I used another company which their fee included a maintenance!! Also, I'd get a phone any time after 12 noon but didn't have a time frame... but I'd get a call 30 minutes prior to their birth.

So because I did not know her announcement which was shared and over as to exactly what it did not comprise because she proceeded to inform me how if the tech stayed there for 30 mins or longer the $79.95 fee could cover that only. And to increase her tone and voice sufficient for me to request a supervisor...

Update 8/20/19Bell Brothers never contacted me following my Yelp inspection (although they promised that their overall supervisor would contact me). They're fighting my Credit Card company claiming they finished their job.
I am sending my CC company a replica of Bell Brother's bill, which has a line item stating"fix the issue, pour the concrete back". Evidently, if the specific same drain line blocked up with rocks, just a couple of feet from where Bell Brothers excavated, they never did their job correctly (or finished). Rather, they dismissed my complaints, required more $ to update the job, and are currently fighting my CC company...

Excellent business! Scott Weiss was great. He was quite friendly, and considerate.

Disappointed from the organization's follow through. I had an estimate for a water heater on Thursday. I was told I would be signed up to the Bell Brother's membership where I would save 3-4 million dollars. I called the company a few hours later to make sure I knew that this model of water heater was being quoted, what did the"membership" mean, just how and under what situation would save 3-4 million bucks. I didn't get any return calls regarding my queries before the next after this was posted. My questions were answered at that moment.

The first group of people who came out looked like they saw the house as a"poor house" and just staged everything together with little to no effort. We needed to have another man come out to"fix" what was wrong and he did not even do anything! Now , we had the inspector come out and look at the house... we did not pass. Shame on the men and women who came out to my house and this entire business. Bell Bros, step your game up. My mom is considering getting back her money. Horrible horrible support. I would never recommend this business to anybody.

Awesome!!! Really helped me out professionally and quickly for a shower issue. I got a response in a few hours and delivered a message on yelp. On the weekend I managed to schedule an appointment for day and a time that functioned for me personally to have someone come out. Took good care of my problem and explained to me what had happened. Would highly recommend!!

I had a seeming problem, which seemed that I was going to need a new HVAC system, so I called Bell Brothers out for an estimate. Michael came to offer me an estimate on replacing my entire system, but if he looked in the problem, which was leakage of water from the condenser coilhe was able to rapidly and easily dismiss a blockage in the hose and, BOOM, problem solved!
I will call them when it is time t substitute!
Not to say I will not require a new system but I was very impressed with this highly ethical, free cure for my fashioned system.

A new AC Unit was bought by us years ago from Bell Brothers. We have since had them out for yearly checks. The past few years we have had Kyle Auer support our unit. Lately after Kyle explained the price & support advantages to people we decided to sign up for their yearly Membership Program. Kyle is friendly, personable, patient and detailed. We really appreciate demeanor and his hard work. He is also thoughtful about sporting booties within our home so he is not getting our flooring dirty:-RRB- Definitely suggest Bell Brothers & especially Kyle Auer as a Service Technician! Excellent support!

We utilized Bell Brothers in the past for HVAC service and are delighted with their services. Our property is available and we have a gas flow. Because we hear that the radio ads for Bell Brothers every day, called them. Were advised that they won't do service on a house that's available. How bizarre is that? So disappointed.

4. We called the company but still awaiting a call back from technician supervisor.
Bottom line- if you need a plumber, don't waste your time.

Outstanding company/staff! I recently had new ducts and a new HVAC system, insulation replaced/installed. My installation rep Kyle C. made the entire procedure easy-peasy for me and my parents. He was kind enough to go to my parents house that is octogenarian to finish the paperwork. With my water heater, William spotted an issue in fact that I was conscious of. Got a brand new unit ordered and set up in a couple of days. The w/h installer, Anthony was proficient at his profession as William and Jonathan. Super arrival for both appointments and the staff in workplace kept me abreast of everything! I can not recommend Bell Brothers enough...I will use them for all my heating, air, plumbing requirements!

By Kyle who supplied the estimate thru completion of the job by agency techs Jeremy, Adam and Kyle (different Kyle) great job, client service and professionalism. Jeremy direct the crew and was quite informative, allowing me know where the project stood and explained what they were doing. We had two A/C components same 20, they showed up in the time mentioned and finished the job!
Although we don't need it going to fall, a/C is working good.
Excellent company to work with. They appear, unlike some of their competitors, when you call for an appointment! I've had them do operate on many occasions for a residence and our home, they are consistent in client service and professionalism.

Stay away from Bell Brothers! Crooks and liars. They make the most of me trying to convince me that I had a $19,000 system because of new California legislation! This was a flat out lie and aggressive sales tactics. Had a brand new unit installed for less than $3,500 next business day by a trusted and neighborhood licensed contractor. Bell Brothers charged me and now refuse to give me my cash!!

Rigid and unwilling to work with a client. One of my neighbors urged them, but because my house is in escrow, they flat out refused to do work for me. I offered to pay up front when they said they've had problems with getting paid for work. I currently occupy my home (and will continue to for 3 months), are the one here and could cover them up front. No party or escrow company involvement. Nevertheless they refused to even do an easy inspection for me personally.

We do not hesitate to recommend this business for any HVAC or plumbing occupation!!! Love this company! They stand by their work!!
We love. All the employees we've dealt with including sales, office ladies and gentlemen, and all technicians have been professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. There are never any hidden costs and you are given a thorough explanation of what's to be done before the work begins.

Don't waste your time calling them. They won't offer any kind of quote over the telephone. They use the classic salesman strategy,"we will need to be in your home, don't carry pricing in the workplace". While it is got by me, pricing can vary, you aren't likely to convince me that you are unable to get an notion of what a water heater that is cheap setup would run without being in my house and have not done any installs.
They won't operate on houses in escrow. So if you are contemplating escrowing then don't go together.
You know you know your labor is worth and how much water heaters of specific types price. That should be enough to provide a quote. Instead they turn business off by not providing simple information.

I would if I could give zero Stars to this company. What an experience. Steer clear of these guys.
