Jon was friendly and very cheerful and did not make us feel bad about having him out. We did not have to pay an outrageous fee for emergency/after hours support and the service was exceptional.
He was able to pinpoint the problem right away. It was not repairable. Jon went back to the store and came back with a new water heater. He even got the old one removed in a very reasonable quantity of time and the new one installed.
I called on a Saturday September 5th, Labor Day Weekend, since our water heater was leaking and flooding our basement. We were able to turn the water and gas off and then clean up our floor, but we couldn't recognize the problem. They were able to schedule me on Sunday morning, and Jon W came out right out on Sunday.
I have used this company before and it has always been very good, but this time it was outstanding. I would recommend this technician in particular, and this business .
The first time reviewer, however my hands was forced by this service that is poor. Family is a very long time customer of the support programs turns out they can't mend a leaky faucet over four different visits over a two month interval. Had to requested them to get a referral to get a plumber to repair their mistake then were they able to repair the issue. Their technicians accused us of trying to get the repair we told them no, we will pay, if the faucet is repaired. We don't approve of argumentative employees who take their anger out on the customers because they need to return to resolve a repair.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at Hastings, MN and they Instantly set up an appointment. Jon W. called me with a coming time and has been here as scheduled. He did a diagnostic that is thorough, explaining how he'd repair other things in addition to my issues that I need to try to find. He was not pushy in this but spoke from his experience as a plumber. He was a nice man whom I welcomed in my property, reminded me of vouchers available on their website and did good job. I'll turn to their regions for home repair in addition to Benjamin Franklin for future plumbing demands.
The Appt. Was place the day I talked with a customer support she explained I was on standby but having in a couple of hours Eric arrived. Eric was kind, friendly, speedy and knowledgeable and he did not mind my cat being nosey. I strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin. It was affordable.
Because he provided such a solution to a problem that led us to call Benjamin Franklin several months ago we requested to do the plumbing work. The service representative Laura got Jon in a couple of days of our petition to our home, and Jon delivered another stellar job. We will call them on we experience a problem that requires skills beyond my DYI abilities.

I came home with two kids to a burst pipe in my house. The other service was contacted by me who refused to perform the work. Benjamin Franklin was contacted by me. Jon W was shipped by them. He was curtious, professional, and explained exactly what he had to do. He got the work done quickly. If I need work done in the future I'll call them and will ask Jon.
