Highway Robbery! Our motor went out on a few of the furnaces. We understand there is an upcharge for components (although we could have purchased ourselves for $130). . What was needed takes about 45 minutes to 1 hr. . We would have even been fine paying $400 for this speedy replacement/repair but these men called us back and lent us $700... Beyond disappointed, won't ever use them! We found the # to the HVAC guy who has our ac units the charge was $340 and because we have been here and that also includes one of the rubber tubes which looked to be crack. . My husband told these Cats that he will send them a bunch of plastic"Toys" and they could head off to twist themselves!
... We purchased a home with double furnaces and central air units (Victorian) 4 years ago. Apparently this firm would do the maintenance on the units as they signed off on a sheet as it was serviced. I really don't know if the owners were doing these people cooking or laundry them food and serving 100 wine with it but their prices are BEYOND OUTRAGEOUS!! ...
Fantastic Encounter with Berwyn Western far. Keith, the proprietor, is a terrific, friendly man who took time out to describe to me how my new (to me) house's HVAC system functioned in a way that wasn't condescending nor'man-splaining'. Their office staff was professional and friendly. The installers were also very professional and friendly and worked. I would recommend to anyone.
Don't advise this business, go find individuals. I made an appointment for the plumbing system, two jobs and the AC , one week before. They did not show up I phoned them, my appointment can't be found by them they phoned me few hours later and told me that they found the newspaper on a person's desk with my schedule. Not certain what happened between the management group, yet to avoid it happens to people, go find businesses first.
I've had a number of jobs done by them and they have consistently provided exceptional service at a fair cost. . They installed my new furnace and air conditioner and they work good. They were used by me . They have been considerate and timely.
We just finished a kitchen remodel and we could not be happier . We discovered Berwyn Western to be very professional and knowledgable. The employees cleaned up after the project and came on time. We would use Berwyn Western again.
Wonderful! A botched attic renovation was taken over by these men. They sought a different heating system which saved me $ out and stayed on funding. They're efficient clean and friendly. Quality craftmanship, really. Best of all they handled all of the paperwork with the town of Berwyn that is a significant thing. There were a few snags, but none from the ordinary. I would hire them again in a moment.
Good. Especially the team for heating/airconditioning. I'd offer fivestars to them, however, the plumbing can find a bit pricey.
