The 2 bathrooms were outdated and, based on my realtor and I had been preparing to sell my home, would stop us from obtaining top dollar for your home. This was my agent who recommended David at Best Design Builders remodel and to access both bathrooms. We ended up getting three estimates, and not only was David the very affordable, but his hints showed his expertise and eye for detail.
David began the job in time and, more to the point, ended within the timeframe and price he initially told us. He did a great job of creating the bathrooms appear light, more contemporary and bright. I wish we had decided to redesign the baths earlier so we can appreciate them , after viewing the finished product. Nonetheless, the nicely remodeled baths helped us get above asking price. The new owners will surely appreciate the lovely looking countertops, cabinets and showers.
He had been professional and polite, upon assembly with David. He was able to check out the current layouts and design a remodel with endings which met with our budget and intentions. We are so happy we decided to proceed with the project.
