I has been in a small bind to get it done quickly and slacked for my own construction on backflow testing. They have been extremely accommodating to my scenario and sent someone out next day (a Saturday, at no extra cost). They're friendly and easy to use, which makes the process simple and smooth.

Ken was very responsive and a joy to use. He is very comprehensive and submits the results of the city. I would HIGHLY recommend!

As promised, he followed the following day with a statement and documentation submitted to the city, as well as some recommendations/referrals for folks who might be able to diagnose our water proofing issue.
We called on a Tuesday to get a backflow test, Ken said he could make it at Thursday. He arrived at 9:45am (called first to check this could be okay). Nice to answer a lot of questions my husband had regarding our tankless water heater and a number of the problems we were having.

Thank You Yelpers! Found Ken Yelp and he was wonderful. Called him a Friday and that he managed to come by Saturday. Showed up on time, and was friendly, pleasant, and appeared to do a more comprehensive job of analyzing frankly than other spine flow testers I've used. (The only one who even noticed my serial number had been apparently not fitting the shape but stated he would allow me to get that noted back with the city). He also helped me tighten some screws onto a doorway which was loose! Said he would send me the bill and copy of this documentation by email later that day and he did. Next year experience that is great, would return to Ken. Great job!

Ken was quite elastic to program a backflow inspection. He was able to schedule a Sunday review as a result of our deadline. He arrived and mended our backflow preventer. Ken has shown that we're important to him and that he is very receptive. He is currently working hard to earn our trust and it has been made by him. I am happy to say that I will continue to go with Ken for future backflow tests.

I've utilized Kenny for the past two years to perform the mandatory backflow inspection on a condominium building. I was getting around to dealing with it this year, but Kenny managed to squeeze me in at short notice and do it on Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule. He is quite professional, prompt, courteous and gets the job. He deals with all the paperwork to make the procedure as painless as possible. I will definitely be calling him for the inspection of next year. Highly advised.

Finish the test and I was pressed for time to have someone come out after getting still another Backflow telling from the city. I called Ken at 9am on a Friday morning, and he drove to fill out the test by 5pm that day. He was lively and reasonably priced!
