They installed a and so were careful to cut down it, so there wouldn't be unsightly PVC sticking upward. We added a new plantings ourselves once they left, along with the yard looked! The final bid came right in the center of their estimate range with all the sodding.
My only complaint is they were somewhat casual about the bid along with the scheduling. We never got a formal written bid or quote, and they took a while to nail down the date. (Though, it wasn't urgent, and they understood that.) But when they did the work, they were awesome! They were very efficient, with just two guys functioning, did all the work by noon same-day. They were very careful where they put the piles of dirt about handling, so the yard wasn't damaged more than needed. Since they had been ahead of schedule and below budget, they even offered to re-sod for only a little more money where they had dug the holes.
Blaylock did a sewer replacement for all of us in Richfield, and we were really satisfied. We had three businesses out to take a look at the circumstance, which was a sewer lateral damaged one part of pipe and by roots . One advocated doing a place fix of the sewer lateral, and two advocated redoing the line. The cost of blaylock was marginally higher than the one who was going to substitute a segment!
Would definitely recommend.
Obviously, only time will tell if the new line will hold up better than the older, but assuming they are as conscientious concerning the sewer work as they were about all the stuff we can see , I have confidence their occupation will endure the test of time.

I needed to schedule outside since they were booked. Said they would call me something did start up and if something opened up earlier and they were able to develop a couple of days earlier. They're pleasant and productive. I'd use them again.

I had Blaylock do a sewage pipe replacement a couple of years ago, and they did a fantastic job, however today I phoned for another significant repair job, also spoke with Jenny Blaylock, who had been rude, condescending to the point that I couldn't even communicate with her. . .told her I would call somebody else. After having a terrific experience the first time, too poor. Not worth it to be medicated dreadful.
