Had a pipe in a crawlspace, the owner and Sam did good work and came out, and they were able to fix a different leaky pipe while they were still here. Guys, explained everything affordable price.
Awful service and customer services. Never time, complete absence of extent of job and communication on when they would arrive. Installed my water backward. They never assumed responsibility, following the trip after two decades, still hadn't fixed the issue. Also continued to try to charge for visits never fixing the issue.
Actual pleased with those men. They finished the job without any difficulties and gave a fair estimate. Very pleasant to manage, and will use them .
Mr. Blinkhorn, whoever owns the company, came out himself to mend my plumbing issue on the Sunday between Christmas and New Year's because he had had his men working overtime throughout the holidays and wanted them to have a time off. He was so professional and so effective and if I upgrade the restroom he also gave me excellent advice on things to consider. I will certainly go with his company for any plumbing jobs that are upcoming - he went above and beyond to get my situation
