Bob The Plumber

Bob is a great guy who didn't hesitate to give me some great common sense advice regarding our horse bathroom. He quoted me a price that was fair and was honest. This guy is great! He's officially my"go to guy" for all my future plumbing requirements!

On two occasions I have called Bob for assistance. For me he has taken the time on those two occasions to clarify the matter. Even delivered a few pictures of this matter. On those two occasions me walked through the repair. A VERY HONEST man! It's not often you find somebody eager to help you out even if it costs a few dollars.

Contacted Bob about scheduling a time to come outside to 2 separate properties twice. He said he would get in touch with the tenants to set up the appointments but never did. Didn't respond to follow texts up . Not certain why he would agree to do something and not follow through.

His book, to be honest, quoted it in 740, and he charged the extra 45 for the trip (heh). Maybe 600 dollars do run and then the additional has been installation. I simply can not imagine this to be the case. I'd be curious to know the expense of the real pump, so I am sure it's higher quality than you can get at Home Depot or Amazon, but these are not my only real points of reference.
To substitute my sump pump, was charged around 800 dollars. It's an effluent pump that I'm to know is more than a pump that is standard, but I worry that 800 dollars was asinine to charge for this replacement.

Watch out for the charges. He included 40 worth of components that he never informed me about until he was done. Are inflated. I paid $335 to have a $75 sink faucet replaced.
In that time I needed to get a new account. I didn't close out my account before over 30 days since the last discussion was submitted, but I did not affirmed all checks had been paid out. So that I did not think about it to be truthful I maybe 3 tests. I would think a entrepreneur would not sit on a test for 81 days and would like to get paid.

When my test was returned paid himbut he was determined that it was my fault and that I needed to pay his check fee. My mistake was an honest one and that I paid my debt. He would not budge on his check charge.

Did the job he came for and was fairly priced with this trip but it worried me when he pulled out a huge"what you should be charging the customer" book to show me that a particular future repair I wanted to do was officially valued at $1700 from his book. I would have appreciated that fix at below $500. I believe that the book is bought by plumbers to help the sell in the upcharging their well to perform clients.

Bob is a straight shooter. He is just and diligent. He was responsible and honest about each step. He is also a good man. I had numerous different calls from different plumbers... three days after my post. Bob called immediately. I thought I saved money but actually letting him perform his job saved me a great deal of money, aggravation and time. I'd use him again. You will be happy 13, since I was treated by him if he treats you. Plumbing is a business. In a world of people that are marginal, this man should be proud.

I can't say enough about Bob. Afternoon clogged, and he came to snake our drain. We realized our basement drain was clogged as well , after removing the sludge from our pipe. We called him on Saturday morning, and he came to fix that as well. With no hassle and we had a completely functioning house . I can't say enough about his assistants and Bob. Beautiful people, and fantastic work.

Quick and Pleasant but Superb. Charged $275 for a very simple bathroom re-seating.
